the death of a brother

After the death of inko midoriya her two sons izuku and mako midoryia  izuku being only four and mako being eight

Over the years izuku looked to mako as if he were the number 1 hero

And he and katsuki, another boy who lived in the opahnage, both adored mako

As the years passed mako became sad, he wanted to be a hero but all of the other kid said that mimicking voices is a villans quirk

And at the age of 14 mako took his own life, downing all the pills he could find before his brother came and witnessed his death, the death of his hero

Izukus pov:

I walked into makos room to ask him if we were going out for my birthday when I noticed the empty pill bottles around his room

Mako doesnt take these?

I walk towards his bathroom door and knock

"...go.... away..."

He sounds sick

I open the door

"Are you okay, I can get you some medicine if your si- !?"

I see him laying on the ground with pills all around him

I run over to him whilst freaking out

I pull his head up

"Why?! What do I do"

"I need to get them out!"

"YOU CANT DIE!"

"its...to.... late.."

"..I...I'm....sorry.."

He takes his last breath and I cry out  alerting  the orphanage staff

They came running in gasping at the sight

One lady pulls me away from mako

"NO!, MAKO! YOU IDIOT, YOU SAID YOU'D BE HERE FOR ME, YOU LEFT ME! WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE?!"

They pull me out of the room and start calling an ambulance

I start to feel dizzy and numb

One of the ladys snaps her fingers in front of my face and says something but everything is blurry and muffled I start to panic a little and start to hyperventilate

Someone puts something over my face and I pass out

Katsuki pov:

I sit in the silence of my room when I see izuku walk pass my open door

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" I call after him

"THANKS!" He shouts back

I he walks away, to his brothers room I assume

I sit there and play on my phone when I hear a loud cry of sadness

I run to makos room and see izuku cradling makos limp body crying staff members run in gasping and pull izuku away from his brother

Izuku starts yelling
"NO!, MAKO! YOU IDIOT, YOU SAID YOU'D BE HERE FOR ME, YOU LEFT ME! WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE?!"

She pulls him out of the room and sees me she tells me to hold him

I wrap my arms around him and we sink to the ground

He starts hyperventilating

And Anne (the lady)

Uses her quirk

Gasses she pulls the mask out and puts it over izukus mouth and nose

And then puts what I assume is sleeping gas into the mask
