New York City [h.s] on hold

one

The wind was blowing my hair as I walk down the streets of New York City. I was on my way to Starbucks for a morning coffee.

I walked into the coffee shop, payed for my drink which was a peppermint mocha, pulled out my phone and started to walk back to my apartment.
I was scrolling through my timeline on twitter to see what's going in the world when I bumped into a tall figure.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." I said.
"Watch where you're going." He grumbled.

When I looked up at him I saw mesmerizing emerald eyes. Then I started to take detail in his entire face. He was very attractive.

The stranger looked at me and smiled.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean that to come out harsh."
"It's ok." I smiled
"I'm Harry." He said with his hand out for me to shake.
"I'm Alexis." I say as I shook his hand.
"You're very beautiful Alexis."

Sorry for the short chapter! This is my first story so I'm excited and nervous at the same time.
