Anichka's pov

When I opened my eyes I noticed I was in a stiff bed with white sheets over top of me, Aysa was sitting next to me. She had her head burried low to her chest and she had a death grip on my hand. She was crying.

"Aysa." I whispered. She looked up at me and was overwhelmed by shock. She smiled and hugged me tight.

"Don't you ever do that to me again." She said stern, happy, and tearful all at the same time. I noticed one other thing. Her hair which was normally up was down and her chopsticks were on the nightstand. She rubbed her eyes and grabbed a small red ribbon re-tying her hair, she stuck the chopsticks back in place. She must have thought I was in drastic shape, female pandarian will, in time of the death of a loved one, will take out all hair accessories and if they do die then the pandarian is burried with them. As a final fairwell.

"You should be fine, you were out for two days but appear to be healing well. While you were busy almost dying, I managed to find where Shu is hiding." I sat up which hurt but I've always healed fast so I wasn't worried.

"I got the pearl."

"You better have after that!" She reached around and helped me up, "Come on, we should keep moving, I'll help you walk." I nodded in agreement. I let her lead me all the way there, I don't remeber how we got there or how long it took but I do remeber looking out at a crystal clear pond.

"The drugs should be waring off right about now, so you should hopefully stop blacking out." Aysa added with a bit of annoyance. I looked out at the pond and there was a small creature. It looked like a cross between a spirit and a totem. It appeared almost wooden yet it had blue carvings all over it, it had an eerie blue glow and instead of having feet it had a small portable water gyser. The creature was actually kinda cute, it was playing in the water and laughing like a child.

"Do you have the pearl?" Aysa asked nervously.

"Yes I do, but how do I-"

"Just go play with him or something, I'm sure you'll figure something out." Why does she seem so weird, did I do something that angered her. Then I felt a hard push against my back and my feet stepped closer to the spirit, then continued on their own. He stopped and all of the area was covered in a dense fog, I couldn't see Aysa anymore. I slowed down and pulled the pearl out of my bag. I felt my way down to the water and when I reached it I slipped and fell in. I heard laughing around me and I held out the pearl. The fog lifted slightly, enough so I could see Shu but not Aysa. His pure blue water eyes blinked I tossed the pearl across the water and it skidded to his feet- er- gyser.

"Its a present for you Shu, I heard that a dear friend used to give them to you, and I wish to be your friend too. We need you. Shen Zin Shu is dying and we need you if we are to save him." Shu picked up the pearl and turned it over in his hands.

"I'll go...if you'll play with me first!" His voice was young, like a child's and I could see a bright smile on his face.

"I would be honored" suddenly the water underneath me bubble. A second after the bubbled I was shot intp the air, safely by a geyser. I fell back down softly and laughed. It was ticklish to have the water bubbling against my back and when I went up and down I felt like I was soaring through the sky. I sent a little wave of water at him and it hit him dead on. He smiled and splashed me back. Then we had a small water war laughing our heads off.

Aysa's pov

"Ani...where are you? It's been too long..." why am I so worried for her? I thought back to seeing her covered in blood, I thought I had lost my only friend. I've never really known anyone before. My family disowned me so soon in my life and after that no one would talk to me. My family did it out of funds, but people all said I was a disgrace and a horrible person. I took up meditation and the ways of a monk, that was the only way i survived. She was the only on who ever gave me a chance, she probably didn't know my past, yet still it was nice to see a friendly face. The thought of losing that, it was unbearable.

Anichka's pov

I looked up and the sun was starting to go down, Aysa would be worried if I didn't get back soon.

"Shu, my partner is waiting for us to return, she is probably very worried." He nodded and hopped up to my shoulders

"Would you carry me? I'm really tired."

"Okay" I sighed

Aysa was sitting with her staff tight in her hands back against a old fallen log of a tree. She was ready to fight if she needed to. Her eyes were glancing all around her and they landed on us. She hopped to her feet.

"Where were you? You were gone for hours! Do you have any idea how worried I was?" She suddenly stopped yelling as her eyes wandered to Shu, "you found him..." she said soft as the wind. "Well than, lets go."

"I'm sorry Aysa-"

"Its okay, I'm sorry for yelling at you..."

"Aysa, are you okay?"

"Fine, I... I uh arranged a cart down the road to take you back to Master, he will give you the next task, hopefully we will meet again someday."

"Someday?"

"We are partners, but you never know what the future holds."

"It will be okay Aysa, we will meet again."

"Alright, farewell Anichka."

"Farewell Aysa."
