That's what all he could see, pipes and tubes connected to machines keeping him alive, everything continues as he was lying on the hospital bed feeling empty.
The silence almost swallowing him, the world turning without him. Seeing nurses with hope for him.
"I'll fight..." he softly says. Today, he stopped to think...to think about them. To think about what they can possibly have. To think about how different his life would be right now, forever with her.
