A Feeling Inside Me

Scaredy Cat And Scaredy Zombie

School is over
And me and Ava meet outside

"Bye mom!
Bye dad!"
We say to our parents
And wave

"Let's go."
I say

We go to Meadows house
And we ring the doorbell

"Trick-or-"
Meadow can't finish
Her sentence.

Ava: "Can we come in?"
Meadow: "Duh. . . sure."
Me: "Thanks."

As we go in
I hear Meadow whisper:
"Whatever, Topanga."
She said my name
So she doesn't like me

We go upstairs
And we Ask Meadow
Some questions

She says she has no idea
What a "poetry journal"is
And that she knows every move
That her brother makes
Meaning that her brother
Never went to my house.

She's a stalker.
Creepy.

Oh did I tell you
That Meadow is a cat
For her coustom?

Me: "Can I talk to
Ava for a sec?"
Meadow: "Sure!"

She says it in a cheerful way
But I know she's faking it

I say to Ava,
"Say you have to go to
The bathroom and when you
Walk out come back in without
Meadow seeing you, and turn off
The lights and quickly slam the
Door and go to the bathroom."

"Kay,"
Ava answers

"Can I go to the bath-"
Meadow answers right away:
"Yes."

Ava does what I said
And Meadow screams

So do I to make it
Like I didn't know it was
Going to happen.

Meadow try's to open
The door but it's locked

I didn't tell Ava
To do that

Now both Meadow and me
Try to open the door
Still doesn't budge

I hear footsteps
Ava must be coming

She try's to open the door
But it doesn't work for
Her ethier

"Guys, open the door!"
Ava yells

"We can't!"
Me and Meadow shout

Then Ava opens the door
And starts to laugh
Meadow starts to
Laugh too

"She totally
Felt for it!"
Says Ava

"Wait, what are-"
"We made it up!"
Says Meadow

Me: "Ava!"
Ava: "You seriously
That I'D BE FRIENDS
WITH YOU!"

They made this up
Ava didn't promise anything
Meadow lied too
This is ALL fake

I get out of Meadows house as
Quickly as I can and go
Trick-or-treating by myself

I guess you could call
Meadow a Scaredy Cat

But you could also call me a
Scaredy Zombie
