The ventilator was removed from Lyle's body and Hana was lying beside him. Lyle has given up after knew about Hana.

The hospital had a very different atmosphere.

Lyle was struggling to breathe, Hana was weakening as every minute passed. "You know what love?" Hana says weakly.

"I'm keeping my promise to stay with you forever." She says and received a smile from Lyle. "I'm gonna stay with you forever, even if forever means just today" Lyle speaks.

He hugged Hana tighter and kisses her forehead. While Hana was hiding her head in the crook of his neck, feeling Hana's weak breathing and heartbeat.

Everything was the exact opposite of what they wanted.

His parents brought pink balloons and red roses. It was their anniversary. Their family hoped that they would cheer them up, with the time that they have left.

But for them, everything was great just being with each other, and are in each other's arms.

They also brought cupcakes and pictures of Lyle and Hana together. But the two didn't mind them they just focused on their time together.
