1st POV:
The bright sun shines bright through my window, burning my eyes. Ugg, why did I stay up so late. I think to myself.
Today is the day that I go to my first official world meeting. I'm of course super nervous. I just became a country, and I don't really know how to act. Today I'll need to present my military, values, and many others. Also, I have to talk to the rest of the countries. I have to try to make allies! Please social awkwardness doesn't get in my way!
I get out of bed and get dressed in my military uniform. A navy blue jacket with silver buttons running up the right side, many colors of medals present on my chest, gold shoulder Epaulette (little things that go on the shoulder Idk how to explain), and black pants tucked into combat boots. I wear a tight ponytail (if your hair is long enough) and light mascara.
I look in the mirror, straightening out my jacket. I take a deep breath. I look into my (e/c), you got this (y/n), you got this. I sigh and grab my (f/c) scarf. I make my way outside. My country cold, it is kind of right next to Canada and America, but I haven't met them yet.
---time skip---
I walk through the hallway to the meeting room. Looking down, thinking about what I am going to say. Suddenly, I smash into a large, solid wall. I look up and blush when I see a handsome, innocent man turning towards me.
"Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry! I-I really didn't mean to..." I say flustered.
"Oh It's okay, it wasn't your fault." The man says. I notice he has a thick Russian accent. "Do you happen to be (c/n)?" He asks.
"Um ya t-that's me," I respond still blushing.
"I am Russia. I've heard so much about you, mainly good things." I smile at that. "Would you want to walk to the meeting with me?"
"O-okay," I respond nervously.
We walk in mainly silence the rest of the way there. Thankfully it was just a short walk because the awkwardness was killing me. I tug on my scarf nervously. I look up at Russia and see that he is smiling down at me. I quickly look away and stare back at the ground with a small smile. I blush at the thought that he was looking at me. Oh c'mon (y/n), you can't have a crush on someone that you met only a few minutes ago.
Russia POV:
I look down at the small country called (c/n). She is cute. She looks up at me but quickly looks away. I blush at the small gesture. Maybe she likes me...
'Ivan, do you really think she likes you.' A voice in my head says. 'You're so pathetic for thinking that she does. She's way too pure for you. You're a terrible person, no one likes you.' I look down at my feet. Of course, I know, I don't deserve a girl like that.
We finally make our way to the meeting room, the depressing thoughts still running through my mind. We walk into the room, the talking suddenly stops and everyone stares at us...
