                              *Exodus 8:1-2
"1 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go to Pharaoh and say to him, 'This is what the LORD says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me.
2 If you refuse to let them go, I will plague your whole country with frogs."
                              Plagues in Egypt:
1. Nile River turns to Blood.
"Turning the Nile Ruver into blood makes the fishes die and water become unusable."
*Pharaoh offered four compromise to Moses
                              "compromise"
-to allow your principles to be less strong or your standards or morals to be lower.
"You are lowering your standards"
                              Compromises Offerred by the Pharaoh:
1. Go, but don't go. (Exodus 8:25-27)
"25 Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, "Go, sacrifice to your God here in the land."
"Satan allows you to worship God, but he still wants to take control of you."
26 But Moses said, "That would not be right. The sacrifices we offer the LORD our God would be detestable to the Egyptians. And if we offer sacrifices that are detestable in their eyes, will they not stone us?
27 We must take a three-day journey into the desert to offer sacrifices to the LORD our God, as he commands us."
*Moses rejected the compromises offered by the Pharaoh.
5 Areas of Your Life Satan Wants to Enter:
1. Your heart. (So it's not God's alone)
2. Your worries. (To make you doubt God's love and provision)
3. Your everyday thinking.
4. Your speech. (So you tear others apart)
5. Our bodies. (So they no longer glorify God.)
                              2. Go, but don't go far away. (Exodus 8:28a)
28 Pharaoh said, "I will let you go to offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the desert, but you must not go very far. Now pray for me."
                              3. Go, but leave your families here. (Exodus 10:8-11a)
8 Then Moses and Aaron were brought back to Pharaoh. "Go, worship the LORD your God," he said. "But just who will be going?"
9 Moses answered, "We will go with our young and old, with our sons and daughters, and with our flocks and herds, because we are to celebrate a festival to the LORD."
10 Pharaoh said, "The LORD be with you--if I let you go, along with your women and children! Clearly you are bent on evil.
11 No! Have only the men go; and worship the LORD, since that's what you have been asking for." Then Moses and Aaron were driven out of Pharaoh's presence.
                              *Satan wants our famiy.
                              4. Go, but leave your possessions. (Exodus 10:24-26)
24 Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and said, "Go, worship the LORD. Even your women and children may go with you; only leave your flocks and herds behind."
*Satan doesn't want our possessions to be used for God.
25 But Moses said, "You must allow us to have sacrifices and burnt offerings to present to the LORD our God.
26 Our livestock too must go with us; not a hoof is to be left behind. We have to use some of them in worshiping the LORD our God, and until we get there we will not know what we are to use to worship the LORD."
                              *Proverbs 3:9-10
"9 Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops;
-Be generous and ready to share.
"Kaya ayaw ng tao magbigay, dahil pakiramdam nila nawawalan sila."
-Be fair in our dealings with others.
"Maging patas sa lahat ng bagay."
10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine."
                              Do not compromise with Satan:
1. Do not allow Satan to have footholds on you.
2. Go deeper in your relationship with God.
3. Serve the Lord with your family.
4. Use your possesions to give glory to God.
