The Black Flame spreaded. I realesed my true power. The flames were dancing like fireflies. I saw as people were consumed in the flame's might. The student body was trying to run from me. "Burn you little maggots," I said. I didn't know what I was doing. All I was doing is following my instincts. The fire got out of control. I could honestly cared less because it was their fault. the beauty of it was fantasitic. Before I knew it, I was in my hybrid form throwing flames left and right. It felt good to get my anger out. I knew it felt right. This power I had. To burn whatever I please is intoxicating. I then set my wings on fire and flew up to see all I have done.
People were trying to evacuate. flames swallowed the weak and let the strong servive. I lost myself to my powers. Was this what Mr. Stevens was warning me about? Isaw people withering away when they got into the beautiful sight I have created. This intoxicating sight. It felt good. Very good. I used my powers to kill more and more people. The sound of students and teachers was pleasing to me.
A few hours later..................
I was back on the ground seeing the damage. Ariana was looking at me. scared. "Jayden, what have you done," Ariana said. I looked around. I saw ashes and what was left of the school. "I'm sorry," I said. I turned around and saw my parents. They were mad at me. "You should have just told us in the first place," Ariana said. That night my parents yelled at me. "I don't what dawn on me. I promise, I'll fix this," I said. "Jayden, you kill half of the school and more are hurt," Said my Dad. My mother told him to go upstairs. "I know this was not your fault. I thought you going to Serenity would help you control your powers. I wanted you to have an experience that I never got to have. I was homeschooled because I would cause something like what you did today. I know you didn't want to hurt anyone," My mother said. "What should I do now," I asked. "You need to pack all of your things and run. It won't be long before the cops start looking for you," my mother replied. We went to the school seeing my room was in tact. I grabbed everything I could and stuffed it in a bookbag. My mom gave me a black jacket. "Run Phoenix. They will start to look for you," My mom said. I grabbed my guitar and left.
