Being colorblind is very difficult to handle, but it wasn't as hard as you might think. You can still see items clearly at the least. But everything is just in grey and white, you and your parents haven been to the doctor to check your eyes but they say that your eyes were fine even though you clearly have something wrong with it.

"For the last time, (Y/N). There's nothing wrong with your eyes, they're perfectly fine!" The doctor said as he starts to get annoyed at you for coming everyday to his clinic.

"Then why am I colorblind?! There has to be something wrong with me....." You begged the doctor, you just wanted to see color for once. You went through hundreds of Hospitals and clinics ever since you were six years old to find out what went wrong with your eyes.

Even after surgeries, the doctors could never be able to fix your eyesight. Your parents had gave up a long time ago since they were wasting a lot of their money. But you didn't want to give up just yet, you were determined.

You walked back home with your head down, a small frown appeared on your face with a big sigh. You've heard your friends trying to describe colors to you, like yellow and blue and red. But all you see is white and grey, nothing else.

You sat by the bus stop and looked through your phone, you just wanted to chat with someone cause you really needed it.

Then, one of your closest friends started texting you, it was Totty. You two met online and became online friends, you two met up in real life just a few months ago.

T : Heyyyy (Y/N)!
Y : Hi
T : What u doing?
Y : Just going home after going to another clinic
T : oh....uh....any good news?
Y : Like always, nope 👎
T : I really don't understand what has happened to your eyes (Y/N), but don't worry! You're not the only one that has that problem
Y : yeah you're right, you said your older brother is also colorblind? What's his name again?
T : Osomatsu the idiot
Y : lol cool

Then you see the bus stopping in front of you, you went inside the bus and went home.

As you reached you doorstep, you can just feel yourself feeling very miserable. Thinking that maybe you were just destined to be colorblind without a reason, you enter your house and layed down on the couch. Feeling helpless and not knowing what to do anymore, you decided to just call Totty and ask for him to come over and comfort you.

He didn't answer for a few minutes, when he picked up you felt very relieved of some sort.
"Hey Totty....uhm....can you come over? I just really need someone to comfort me right now...." You said tiredly, you hear him chuckle.

"Of course! But is it okay if I bring my AHEM terrible AHEM older brother?" He asked you, you raised an eyebrow. You've met most of his brothers, most as in all except one, Osomatsu.

"Sure, which one? Kara? Choro? Jyushi?"
"Osomatsu actually! You haven't met him yet have you? It's cause he's been busy going to doctors to check up on his eyes"
"Heh, I can relate very much. When are you two coming? Also where?"
"How about......Sutabaa? At 3"
"Nice, see ya guys soon"

It made you happy and excited a bit for some reason, meeting and talking to someone who's going through the same pain as you, you just couldn't wait!

Fifteen minutes left until you have to go to Sutabaa, you got your outfit ready. Picking clothes was always a big nightmare, you wouldn't know if the color matches your skin tone or if they go well with eachother or not. But you've learned to stay calm and not care about it for the past few years.

You walked to Sutabaa and checked on your phone, apparently there was this really popular thing going on. It was about soulmates or something. You got pretty interested in the topic and looked throught it more.

There was a trend where soulmates couldn't see colors until they find their significant other, all they see currently is just white and grey. This only happens to about 6% of people in the entire world. And after reading those words you knew that you're probably one of them.....

You just couldn't believe it, this has to be fake. You couldn't possibly have this soulmate trope thing. But then again, the facts about this was all true to you, it all related to you. You weren't really looking at where you were going and bumped into someone.

"Ow, oh? H-hey (Y/N)!"
"Ngh....Totty? Hi, Oh wow I-I didn't realize I made it to Sutabaa already, heh. I was just really interested in reading something in my phone....."
"Oh, you were? What's it about? Oooo!"
"U-um, nothing! Let's just go inside"

The both of you enter the coffee shop, you sat by a table and started looking at the menu. That's when you remembered that Totty said he was bringing Osomatsu.

"Oh, Totty. Where's Osomatsu? I thought you said you're bringing him here" You say as you looked around the shop but no sign of anyone that looked similar to Totty.

"Hm? Ah, he went to the bathroom. He'll be back soon no worries!" He smiled, you nodded and looked back at the menu. Time went by much more slower than you thought, you still kept thinking about what you read on the internet. Your hands began to shake, your heart was pounding at the thought of seeing colors once you met your soulmate! But who could your soulmate be? Does thy is mean your soulmate also doesn't see colors?

Wait...

What if it's....?

No....

No....it can't be right?

"Hold on (Y/N), I gotta go take this call real quick. Be right back!" Totty suddenly said as he got up, it made you jump slightly before sighing.

"O-oh okay...." You mumbled, now you were alone on the table. Deep in your thoughts as you start to sweat, this has to be a coincidence, your soulmate can't possibly be who you think it is.....

After what felt like an eternity, you hear a voice yelling Totty's name behind you.

"TOTTY! WHERE ARE YOU?!"

You quickly turned around to see a man, his features match Totty perfectly. And in a brief second, you see his hoodie turn from plain grey.....to red.

And everything, and everyone, was so beautifully colored, something much more different than white and grey, you just couldn't believe it. You can't take your eyes off of Osomatsu who hasn't noticed you yet. And you knew for a fact that he was your soulmate, he was your cure, you were eachothers cure to this colorblindness.

You were unable to speak at the moment, afraid if you mess up, this moment will end. But you then snapped back into reality and yelled to Osomatsu.

"U-uhm, hey! Are you looking for Totty?! I'm (Y/N)!" You waved over to him, Osomatsu turns around with a smile.

"Oh? Hey (Y/N)! I-......whoa.....wh-what the...." Osomatsu's pupils extended, his black eyes were sparkling as he stares at the whole room, but mostly to you.

"What the Hell? Wha....I....I can-I can see! Colors! Everywhere!" He says in awe with his jaw dropped to the floor. You chuckled, it was so funny and hilarious to know that he doesn't know anything about the soulmate thing, oopsies!

"O-osomatu....why don't you sit next to me? Totty is calling someone outside right now s-so yeah...." You said shyly, Osomatsu nodded with a big, big smile. He looked so happy!

"Okay! Oh my God! I can't fucking believe it.....(Y/N) I suddenly see colors now!" Osomatsu said, you chuckled with a slight blush.

"Yeah, me too.....I hope we can get along very well!"
