"...and that's what happened." Areion said as he walked along the sidewalks of Emerald Town with Sonic by his side. It's been a week since the battle against Eggman and the rescue of Cream's mom Vanilla, he also told Knuckles and Cream about Emerl when he visited them. Areion had just finished telling his fellow speedster of what happened.
"*Low whistle* sound like you had some fun without me, too bad I missed it." Sonic said with a grin.
"Pretty much, but I'm sure you had as much fun with your family too."
"No denying that, I had a blast with them." Sonic fondly recalled the events during his vacation.
"Choa choa." Yoru the Dark Chao was sitting on Areion's left shoulder, snacking on a bag of peanuts.
"Chaooo." Kou the Hero Chao nestled himself on Areion's whirlwind-shaped hair while feeling blissful.
"I'm sure you did...we're over at Tails' lab now." Areion looked up to see that they're currently standing in front of their friend's laboratory. He knocked on the door a few times and waiting for a few moments before it reveal Tails behind it, wearing a pair of goggles on his forehead.
"Oh hi guys!" Tails said cheerfully.
"Hey Tails, long time no see. Areion told me of what happened." Sonic said.
"Yeah, it's usual thing with Eggman as always and Areion was there to stop him."
"I remember you say something about a new invention before Eggman kidnaped you, how's it going?" Areion asked.
"I just finished it up right now before you guys showed up, come on in and check it out." Tails went back in with Areion and Sonic following him with the Chao.
"Buddy, you really gotta clean up the place. It's a bit messier than usual." Sonic said as he looked at the pieces of papers, nuts, and bolts among other things scattered all over the place that they have step over some carefully to avoid them.
"Sorry about that, this particular project really had me giving it all. The inspiration came from your Storage Seal Areion." Tails said.
"My Storage Seal, how come?" Areion asked confusedly.
[I understand what he means Areion, your tattoo so far has displayed great potential for many things from storage to transference. Am I right Tails?] Nicole said from the E.C.B on Areion's wrists.
"That's right, Nicole. So I was working on a more technological way of storing items without the stress of weight and congestion, and I found it!" Tails said.
"Well don't keep us in suspense buddy, what is your grand invention?" Sonic asked.
Tails walked over to a workbench and picked up something from it. "Allow me to introduce...the Synthetical-Atomic-Compressor or S.A.C for short." He turned to display a silver medium sized belt-like object with a green rectangular touchscreen in the middle.
