Lately, Germany had been feeling overworked, but as the workaholic he was, he didn't seem capable of stopping his infinite working sessions. The German's cubicle was littered with articles and paper coffee cups. There was a white (now stained yellow) 90's windows computer. He worked at a low budget police station, and Germany was the lead detective. Around the walls of his cubicle, you would find a few photos of his dog Frankfurt, a tall and fluffy german shepherd, he was Germany's faithful companion and sniffer dog. Germany started to tremble, This burnt-out feeling was very unusual. He was usually happy to work and get as much done as possible. But today was different.
No matter the amount of coffee Germany drank, he couldn't shake off this fatigued feeling. it was bringing him down emotionally and physically. Had he reached his breaking point? There was no way, or at least that's what he thought. Before Germany knew it he would be fighting with his eyes, struggling to keep them open as the extreme need for sleep had finally kicked in. After fighting this battle, you could find Germany laying on his keyboard, asleep. Germany did need this sleep, he usually worked full shifts, staying up till late at night and waking up in the early dawn getting only about 2-3 hours of sleep each night. He knew he needed a break, but he just couldn't stand the thought of leaving cases unsolved.
