        __________♧ZIA POV♧_________

--

Am i that powerful? She wondered, looking at the poor boy laying on her mattress. Ace was completely unconscious no matter what she did. It was beginning to worry her. It's all because of me, she thought.

When Zia got control of herself, it was too late. She found Ace laying on the ground unconscious. She panicked and dragged him into her house. Her house wasn't that far but she managed to dirty his cloth in snow. But it was worth it. Luckily, her aunt was sleeping in her room so it was easy to sneak him in.

His black cat went after them, meowing to her owner. Unfortunately, he was long asleep.

Zia wondered if she killed him....but he is breathing. She felt herself tear up, it was all her fault he was like that. What was wrong with her anyway? The last thing she remembered was how terrified she was because of a sound. Then she didn't remember anything as if she was dreaming.

It was his cat! She suddenly realised. Oh my God!!! What if i had killed his cat???? Am i monster???. A lot of questions came up to her resulting in wet cheeks. Oh God, I am now crying when i harmed someone else. HOW IRONIC?

She hid her face into her palms trying to suppress her sobs. But it was of no use as she heard a deep groan.

"Ahhh" it said.

Zia quickly wiped off her stupid tears and looked up, seeing Ace trying to sit up.

"No no no!" She quickly tried to make him lay down which earned her a painful groan.

"c-careful..."

"I'm so sorry"

Ace opened his eyes, blinking furiously from the sudden entry of sunlight. The black cat meowed welcoming her owner.

Zia waited until he adjusted to the surroundings and asked him the question that was ragging up her mind. "Are...you...okay?"

Ace looked up at her, with fatigue in his eyes "yeah" he said softly.

Zia felt awkward all of a sudden although the apology was on her tongue, she couldn't find the right words. She was lost and terrified.

"I'm Sorry,,,,," she exhaled slowly, lowering her gaze to the floor in guilt.

Then she heard the tired boy hum dismissing the apology.

"No! Listen, I don't know why did I do that or what is wrong with me but I know that I hurt you....and I'm not the type of person to hurt others an-" it was then her rambling stopped when Ace covered her mouth.

"Stop talking for a minute" he rolled his eyes in a sigh.

Zia widened her eyes at the sudden action but nodded dumbly nonetheless.

Ace hummed in praise and stretched his weak limbs, cracking up some of them "see? I am fine"

"But-" Zia tried to say but was cut again by Ace.

"I just lost conscious, I wasn't killed neither was I dangerously injured. You've lost control?...yes but was it on purpose? No! So stop apologising and help me get up for God's sake" Ace finished in a long exhale.

Zia understood that she wasn't at fault but it was still bugging her mind. But she couldn't fight with Ace. Not after she has hurt him. It wasn't fair.

Zia nodded and stood up, moving towards Ace's current position. She extended her hand trying to assist him in getting up.

Ace took her hand and sat up, he looked scruffy and tired. That is my fault.
