First day of school is tomorrow and I am as nervous as heck. I have never been to a new school since I never really moved but starting in a new school is pretty scary especially if you don't know anyone. The people I met in the mall don't really count since I didn't really talk to them. I never got to go shopping with Bonnie since she was busy that day. Matt, I honestly told him I didn't feel like being in a relationship at that time and that I didn't want to take it any further. He's probably hating on me but oh well I don't blame him. So I am left to face my fears alone.

I woke up lazily practically dragging my feet to the bathroom and did my daily morning routine. I hate mornings there's always nothing to look forward to and I don't want to go to school today or ever. What if people hate me?

"Mom I don't want to go to school." I whined as I descended the stairs.

"Hurry up Elena you need to get there early to look for your classes." She said as she put eggs on a plate.

"You're coming with me right?" I asked sitting on a chair.

"Right. Here eat fast!"

"Thanks mom I love you!" I said giving her a kiss on her cheek.

"...Yes, her name is Elena Gilbert." My mom told the office lady.

"Hmm okay I just need to look for her schedule and then you can go."

I looked around the office trying to calm my beating heart. This school seems like there's the typical drama people and stuff.

"Mom what if I get lost?" I whispered to my mom.

"Honey you're not a little girl anymore, you got this!" She whispered back. 'I got this, I got this!' I kept telling myself.

"Here is your schedule Ms.Gilbert. I hope you enjoy this school as much as your other school."

"Erm thanks." I hope I don't becasue I did not enjoy my other school.

"Alright Elena I'll pick you up later."

"Bye mom. I love you."

"Love you too. Have an awesome first day of school!" I waved at her as she left. I breathed in a deep breath and went out the door. Right away I started looking for my first period class and got lost with all the crowd. There was not as much people here than in my old school but there was still many people. I got in the class and went to the middle seat in the front and waited for other people to come.

"Elena? Hey Elena! You're in my calculus class!" I turned and saw Caroline coming my way. I smiled and waved her over to a seat next to mine.

"Yeah I guess I am." She sat down and put her bag on the ground next to her seat.

"That's great! So that means your going to be in my high school right?"

"Your high school?"

"Yes I own everyone here but of course not my friends like you." She winked at me then turned to talk to another person on the other side. Then a guy with thick glasses walked by our isle and tripped with Caroline's bag.

"Uh! Watch it!" Caroline squealed cleaning her bag off. The guy stood up and glanced at me then scurried away to the back of the class.

"That was mean Caroline." I said to her. She gave me a what-are-you-talking-about look.

"Oh, he deserved it." She said. "HE broke my friends heart because one day...

Oh the drama has started.
