She was told -

'Smile is a curve that sets everything straight'

So she smiled through every trouble
Brought happiness at every table
She was strong and able

To smile and smile and smile everyday
Unless, her smile was taken, was taken away

And she was told -

'Love is the most powerful force in the universe, be sure to use it.'

So she learned to love
No matter what she got in return
The rose or the thorn

She loved and loved and loved everyday
Until they made her a bird of prey

She was also told -

'Laughter is the best medicine'

So she laughed at every hardship
Laughed as she held the grip
Laughed thinking she'd never flip

Laughed and laughed and laughed everyday
Until they hurt her, they didn't hesitate to betray

And when she was told -

'All good things to those who wait'

She waited ever since
With endless patience
To live for remembrance

Waited and waited and waited everyday
Until all the good things were over and the bad ones lead the way

She was broken
Never to be repaired
Never to be loved
Never to be cared
She was wasted
She was shattered
Never to be taken
Never to be heard

She wished she hadn't smiled
She hadn't loved
She hadn't waited
She hadn't laughed

She wished she hadn't done
All the things she did
She wished she wasn't born
Or ever existed

She wished and wished and wished everyday
That next day would hopefully be her deathday!
