I-I can't believe it. Mom is trying to kill me. I knew she was unstable but this is crazy. Mom always told me that the basement was safe, she couldn't get down there.......

It's locked! Think Isaac, think. My room has a lock so that can keep her at bay.

"ISAAC! UNLOCK THIS DOOR MISTER!"

Wait, wasn't there something under my rug? Mom told me to never move it too much. She never said why, but I guess it didn't matter at that point in time....

....there's literally a trapdoor under my rug. A TRAPDOOR! I've walked over it many times, and I didn't fall in?

Isaac's mother breaks down the door. "Don't you dare open that Isaac!"

I have no choice... Isaac opens the trapdoor and jumps in. When Isaac regains consciousness, he finds himself in the Woods, instead of the basement.

Wha- where am I? This is supposed to be the basement, not outside...

Growling can be heard from around Isaac. A pack of Beowolves were around the area apparently. Thinking fast, Isaac pretends to play dead. His body has turned into a gray, decaying corpse. The Beowolves inspect the body, but leave once they confirm it's dead

...Isaac, you've seen worse, you've survived your mother, don't question what those things were. Just get up, and walk in the opposite direction they left. Surely there's a house around here.

"Ruby!" called three people.
"Nora!" said an extremely energetic person.

Who's Ruby? Is she also lost here? Strange, I can't feel my legs.

Isaac looks down only to see black feet above the ground.

Am I flying? Scratch that, why are my feet black? My hands are black too. Mom told me about this at night. When she read the Bible to me. I asked her what Demons looked like and... oh my god, I'm a demon... she told me they were pitch black, had razor sharp teeth and had bat wings. Demons were determined by eye color. Red meant brimstone, Black meant disease, famine, guilt, or nothingness...

"There you are Ru- uhhhh, guys. Do you see that flying thing with red glowing eyes? Is that a type of Grimm?" asked the blonde

"Beats me, Yang. I highly doubt it belongs here though. Maybe it's lost?" contemplates the raven-haired girl.

"...Lost? Is that what I am?" Soon enough, Isaac morphs into a ghost.

"It looks confused, Yang. Maybe we scare it more than it scares us?" asks Ruby

"Guys, let's just leave. We need to find where the chest pieces are!" exclaims the white haired girl

"Mommy used to read to me...about princesses and dragons. When I grew older, she stopped reading those types of books and started reading the Bible to me..." Isaac says as he remembers. That thought alone let him return to his original form. One that could make an Ursa Major cry.

"...Who Am I, you ask? I... Am Isaac." After Isaac's dramatic sentence, he faints... only to remember one girl shouting, "Yang!"
