I had something that I lacked before
Motivation
I was a sluggard to read my Bible
A sluggard to make intercession and pray
A sluggard to learn theology
A sluggard to spend time with God
But by the grace of God
I am redeemed
I have joyfully filled
My heart beats with triumph
I can't explain it, I just know God has grown me from sprout
I am motivated to gain wisdom
I am motivated to seek knowledge of God
To have sound doctrine and theology
To be in the presence and peace of God
To have joy
To trust him in times of unwanted change
No matter how hard and painful it feels
And I am motivated
To live in the righteousness of God
