Dominic paced back and forth in his London office, feeling like a caged bobcat, anticipating a phone call from Phoenix. "It's 10:54. He's got one minute left to call me and if he doesn't he's going to pay dearly."
"At least try to have some patience with the man, he's just started this job. Do you honestly think he's going to call you at exactly 10:55?" Landon grumbled, sipping a cup of coffee.
Just as Landon said that, the private line began to ring. Dominic quickly answered the phone and put it on speaker and let Phoenix speak.
"Sir I have eyes on the client... What's my next move? He hasn't the slightest idea he's being followed." Phoenix says, his voice even and emotionless.
"You needn't ask what to do next, just follow him."
"And if I get caught?"
"Then one of you is a dead man walking. You can decide which one of you that'll be."
Dominic hung up the phone abruptly and hung his head, frustrated.
" Braves... something is off with this one I can feel it."
"What do you mean sir?"
"Exactly what I said. Phoenix isn't objective, and objectivity is a priority for me. I want you in Wales. Take the jet."
