[FINAL] A Soulmate Who Wasnt Mean To Be: Jimin

Jimin loves Jeongguk, so damn much that it hurt him too when Jeongguk is hurting. They had been with each other for 18 years and Jimin still counting more days to come spending with Jeongguk. He never really thinks that he would find a soulmate because frankly speaking he never believes in one. And Jeongguk knows him too well for that.

Jimin lives with his mother, a single mother after his father left them, deciding that he found someone better, better than his mother, who was supposed to be his father's soulmate. Yet, his father left someone that never existed inside of his dream, like his mother used to. So he said to Jeongguk, that he will not find someone else even though that one has to be his soulmate.

"Jeongguk..." Jimin fiddled with Jeongguk's finger, playing while he trying to get Jeongguk's full attention on him. Jeongguk only hummed, eyes never leaving the laptop to finish his assignment that due tomorrow. "I dreamt someone, yesterday..."

Jeongguk stopped doing what he was doing and looked at Jimin instead. His eyes showed nothing but curiosity. "Who?"

Jimin shrugged his shoulder, pouting as he let Jeongguk's finger go. "Dunno. He kept coming inside my dream and it has become a week now. I'm afraid..."

Jeongguk looked consent before a small smile rose on his lips. "It's your soulmate then."

"I don't want a soulmate!" He pouted, throwing his body on the bed, spreading his arm while Jeongguk still looking at him. "I don't want one! What should I do now..."

Jimin didn't know what to answer when he asks himself again, that if he truly believes in this soulmate things, but he knows Taehyung gives off a good vibe toward him. The good vibe that enough to make Jimin open his heart to him. He had never opened up his heart toward another other than Jeongguk. Yet he let another in, he let Taehyung walk inside of his heart and build a castle to rule his love life now.

Jimin tried hard to keep his distance from Taehyung in the first place but failed nonetheless because Taehyung is a sweet-talked person and Jimin's heart melt every time Taehyung opened his mouth, letting out those words that definitely know how to work with Jimin's hard heart. Jimin had told Jeongguk every story he had with Taehyung because he had never been in love before.

"So, you fell in love with him??" Jeongguk asked, and Jimin nodded his head, munching the snack as they faced each other on the couch. The movie that was being played was ignored by them. "And, he loves you?" Jimin nodded again, they had been doing that with a few more questions. Jeongguk shrugged his shoulder. "So what are you gonna do?"

Jimin sighed. "I don't know!" He whined. "Is it possible to make him fall out of love?"

"I don't think so,"

Jimin sighed again, plopping down on Jeongguk's thigh as he faced the movie. "You are not helping!" And Jeongguk giggled, brushing Jimin's hair that slowly lulling him to sleep. "You are really not helping... at all,"

"What can I do?" He mumbled. "You fall in love with someone else. If you fall in love with me, then that will be a different case." Jeongguk joked and Jimin giggled too.

"If I fall in love with you, I mean, really love like a lover, I must be happy, not worrying about anything." Jimin simply said.

"I can break your heart too, you know?"

Jimin giggled. "Why?!" Jimin whined, and Jeongguk pinched his cheeks, earning a low growl from him.

"Because I'm human."

Jimin rolled his eyes, thinking what a great reason for Jeongguk to gave one. "Fine, but will you?"

Jimin watched Jeongguk's lips seal for a moment and he waited for an answer from above Jeongguk, watching the close-up handsome best friend he got one. "I won't. You know I'll be the last person walking on this earth to break your heart."
