Chapter 1: Caught.

Mellos' P.O.V.

I haven't went back to Wammy's for a very long time, Since i was 15 Years old! My only friend was, and still is Matt. I'm greatful for all he's done for me, and yet I pulled a stupid stunt that could've gotten us both killed! And all to capture that stupid Kira! It worked but... He's been hospitalized, Several bullets were shot to his arm by the Japanese Police. I'm surprised he didn't bleed to death, he ALMOST did, and i am so very sorry for what i have done! The Doctors say that he might not make it, if he dies then i will to, it's my fault after all! I gained a large burn on the left side of my face going from the the corner of my forehead to my waist, after initiating an explosion of the mafia hideout in order to escape being captured, well it's not all that bad, also gaining a burn on my back from escaping the truck that i kidnapped Takada in.

I swear if Kira wasn't dead i would just SO KILL him right now! He almost robbed Matts life! Wait, no.... I almost robbed and cost Matts' life.I'm the reason to as why he's in the hospital right now! I fell onto my knees cradling myself and crying slightly, chocking on my tears, Trying to hold it all in.

Then in a rushing rhythm goes:

Knock, Knock, Knock.

Their was a knock on the door probably Kiyomi Takada's bodyguards, I'll be in prison for a long while for stealing, kidnapping, life threats, and killings from the mafia. Yeah, seems about right.

I opened the door slowly and of course i was right.

"Mello Keehl?"

They got half of my name i guess

"Let me explain."

"Explain what? You went against Kiras' laws!"

"Kira's DEAD!"

"Kira's orders are laws that must be followed, even if he dies the laws still lay alive!"

"The real or Original Kira was a guy named Light Yagami, the third Kira was a guy named Kyosuke Higuchi who already had died in a car crash, and then there's the fourth Kira was Teru Mikami who died 10 days after Light! And the Second Kira Misa Amane killed herself 3 days after The Original Kira!" I had argued.

"What're you talking about?"

"I am a detective, just like L and Near!"

"Then you should already know that we are AGAINST the SPK!"

"Kira is a criminal who had gotten what he deserved! And he's dead, there's nothing left of him, these 'laws' are just words from his un Godly mouth! He isn't alive no more so who is their to kill? Who is their to punish?! This world might seem crime free for now but soon it'll be like how it use to be! You can tell people stories about Kira but he no longer exists! No one will be afraid anymore, not by Kira, not by your stupid badges, and not by your guns!"

"Come back when you get a damn warrant!"

And i had slammed the door shut, as they began to get in their cars and drive off, i packed Matts' and my stuff into his car, leaving.
