Secrets Of A Vampire Hunter

Chapter:1

Running at my supernatural speed through the woods the scent of human blood reaches me. I stop in my tracks and sniff the air. I begin to run in the direction of the smell. I haven't eaten in three weeks so I'm in the mood for a meal. As I run I feel my fangs grow and sharpen in my mouth. Now I can hear heart beats of four humans. Approaching them I spot four guys around the same age as me carrying bows and arrows, steaks, knives, and guns. I shoot up a tree and study them. I've never seen hunters out in November.

" I don't think we shouldn't be out here any longer. It's getting dark and we are just trainees." The one with the light brown curly hair says. He had a bit of a Aussie accent. As they were leaving I jumped down from the tree. I landed on a bush and that made a lot of noise.

" What was that?" one of them asked. Obviously not the same guy. I saw them looking my way.

" It was probably nothing." the Asian featured guy says. By now I'm pretty sure they're all Australian. I stood up not caring if they saw me and looked them dead in the eyes. The one with blue hair raised his bow and arrow and pointed it at me. I turned and ran. I'm sure all they heard was the whooshing sound of me leaving.

I ran through the front door of my house and into the living room ware everyone was.

" Yo, Stella why are you in such a hurry?" my brother Drew asks.

" These hunter were trying to shoot me with bows and arrows. I don't know why though." I say my voice squeaking just a little.

" Where they wearing uniforms?" He asked.

" Now that I think about it they were. " I admit.

" What part of the woods?" He asked.

" I'm not sure. I was running North then I smelled blood and I ran West." I say.

" If Amber or Victoria or for Ryder ,Colin, Blake or mom and dad find out you won't be let out of the house, none of us will." Drew mumbled to himself.

" Who are they? " I asked

" Hunters, Vampire Hunters. Stella promise that you will not go back to the place you saw them. "

" I promise." But I am not intending to keep that promise.

That night while no one was looking I sneak out of the house and I go to the place I saw them. As I came to the spot I could hear heart beats, smell blood, and could hear then talking. I climb a nearby tree and I listen to them talking. I learned their names and nicknames. As I try to stand up I slip and fall out of the tree. When I look up I see all four boys looking down at me.
