Good timing

I walked back into the kitchen to see Annabeth and Grover laughing. I plopped on the couch and rest my head on a pillow. " Percy you okay?" Annabeth asked just as I closed my eyes. I quickly shot up.

" Yea. I'm fine. Just really tired for some reason." I yawned.

" Go take a nap." Grover said pointing towards our room. I just nodded and headed off towards the room but realized I had to use the bathroom really bad. Like really bad. I flung open the door and shut it behind. I looked in the mirror and realized I was horrible looking. I took off my shirt and threw it in the dirty pile. I walked over to the toilet and unzipped my shorts. Just then the door flung open and I saw Grover.

" Ahhh!!!" I yelled realizing that he was right there.

" Ehhhh!" Grover exclaimed.

" What are you doing?" I yelled pushing past him trying to zip up my pants but it was stuck. I looked over seeing Annabeth was turning around.

" I didn't know you were right there!" He yelled back as I opened my door and slammed the door behind me. I took off the shorts that were giving me problems and switched to my black and orange Adidas ones. I put them on and slipped into my bed that calmed me because it smelt like the Ocean and waves.

I was walking up a hill that looked like it was burnt. The grass was brown, yellow and shriveled. When I looked down I saw a whole pack of monsters watching me. They where holding swords, guns, javileans, knives, and a whole lot of claws. They started coming towards me, almost in slow motion. I tried turning back but it was almost like a force was moving my body towards the army. My hands where holding Riptide with a good sweaty grip. The first monster that came to me jumped and tried slashing me but missed by an inch. When I was under him I cut under his belly and the gold dust almost looked like it was holding someone else inside before it blew away. I heard a evil laugh that makes your heart skip a couple of beats. " What do you want!?" I yelled falling to my knees.

" I want you!" The voice laughed back. It almost sounded like Kronos, but it was a little darker. Just then a hellhound came rushing towards me so fast almost like a lightning bolt. It jumped on me with its claws digging into my skin. I grabbed Riptide that was beside me and chopped off the beasts head. But it wouldn't die. The head just reattached. I concentrated and praying at the same time that there was water near by. I got a strange feeling in my gut. Just then I heard a swish and a whole ton of water came rushing past my head. I got up and held up my hands to my sides and the water was almost reading my mind. " Percy!" A voice yelled. "Percy!" The voice yelled again. This time I knew it was my mom, but what was she doing here. "Percy, WAKE UP!" My mom yelled.

I bolted out of my bed to see water surrounding me. My mom, Paul, Annabeth and Grover where all in my room staring at me soaking wet.

" Percy stop that." My mom said trying to be calm. With a wave of my hand the water was gone off the floor, and they were no longer wet.

" Sorry I don't know how that happened." I said really confused as my mom came over and rubbed my bare back. Her hands were warm. Just then my windows opened and a bunch of water came through. I saw a figure. Poseidon. Me, Annabeth and Grover all got down and kneeled.

" Percy, come with me." Poseidon said waving his hand towards him. " You two are coming with us to." He said in a angry tone, pointing at my parents.

" What's wrong?" I said getting up off my one knee.

" You need to make a decision that involves their blessing." He replied, with a serious look. And just like that we in Olympus. Zeus was standing there as well as Hades, my father walked over to his throne. My mom and Paul were so amazed and looking all over Olympus.

" What are mortals doing here?!" Zeus commanded.

" I brought them here." Poseidon answered annoyed.

" I know but why?!" He demanded. He looked at me sternly raising one eyebrow.

" Because I need their blessing over I'm gonna ask Percy." He said getting up from his throne.

" And look you brought your son. The one who had my lightning bolt." Zeus said getting up looking Poseidon right in the eye.

" You know it wasn't him." He said pointing at me acting offended. My mom was getting a little nervous so her and Paul came by me completely silent holding onto my shoulders.

" Yea. I wonder who stole your trident?" Zeus sarcastically shot back.

" How dare you. He did nothing." My dad said defending me. It kind of felt nice, just knowing he would stand up to his own brother.

" Ohh will you two shut up." Hades said annoyed and shoving his head into both of his hands. They both stopped and shot a look at him and said " Fine, I'll shut up." He rolled his eyes at this.

" You should search his memory. Here I'll help you out with that." Zeus shot his head towards me. I suddenly got a strange in my stomach. He held up his finger and pointed it at me. " This is only going to hurt a lot." He said before Poseidon slapped his hand down. They both got to human size. Zeus looked at Poseidon with anger and fury, but my dad looked no different.

Poseidon grabbed Zeus by his collar and said in a very angry tone " Stop it now, or THERE WILL BE WAR" raising his voice seemed to hurt my moms and Paul's ears so they covered them. Then just like that Poseidon released Zeus and turned towards me then back at his brother.

" THEN THERE SHALL BE WAR!" Zeus roared, it was so loud it shook Olympus sending me, my mom and Paul tumbling backwards onto the marble floors.
