1st POV:

America pulls England, France, and I into the meeting room we just were in.

"c/n, you can't just go around flirting with any other country you like," England says.

"I wasn't flirting," I say in a small tone.

"Oh darling, you may have not known it, but you were," France says elegantly. "And oh goodness you guys are cute!" I blush a little at that.

"France! Don't encourage her!" America yells. "A new country like you shouldn't talk to someone like that. Please just trust me," He begs me.

"Why should I trust you?" I ask trembling. I don't know any of these people, why should I trust anyone? My first day as a country, I get into a bunch of drama with some of the most powerful countries in the world. Just my luck.

"I am your brother!" He yells at me.

I shrink and say, "Well I know you and Russia have gotten into other arguments in the past..."

"Yeah, I know, and I prepared to start another war!" Boy, has he gotten mad.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you mad," my voice trembles, "I know a lot has happened between you two."

"Awww, c/n, it's okay, you're still my sister." He gives me a hug, "I'll always protect you."

I walk into my second world meeting. As I make my way through the door, I realize that I am one of the first people here, other than Germany, Norway, Sweden, and of course, Russia. I'm nervous that when America gets here, he will be mad at me if I sit next to Russia, but I want to take a chance. He just looks so lonely.

I take a seat next to him confidently.

"What are you doing?" A voice beside me asks in a somber tone.

"I'm sitting down." I notice his posture, he is slumped in his chair, his scarf covering most of his face.

"Don't sit here."

"Wow, grumpy much." I tease. I laugh but he doesn't seem to notice my joking.

Russia POV:

'Oh my goodness her laugh is like an angel.' I think. 'Don't smile, don't smile' I try not to, I crack a small smile, but she seems to not notice.

I turn away from her and scrunch up more to try to not see her beautiful smiling face.

'Russia stop! You can't think about her like that!' I try not to but it's so hard.

Suddenly, I hear America's loud voice bounce off the walls. Then, his speaking comes to a halt as he sees me sitting next to (y/n).
