#1 The newbie

Also this is my first time writing a fic, be gentle please.

-since this is a tattoo related story where Finn is a tattooer and you are getting a tattoo you're both obviously 18+.

Y/N POV

I scroll through my instagram in class while looking for a good tattoo artist, my usual tattooer is currently in vacation but I want to get a new tattoo done while I still have my pay in the beginning of the month.

"Hey dude do you know any good tattooer and kinda affordable if possible too?" I ask my friend Jeremy.

"Hmm I think there is a new artist on Black Cat studio, y'know? I'm guessing they are less pricey since they are newbies." Jeremy says while looking on his phone.

"Oh found him, Finn is the name."

I go through his feed, he doesn't have that many followers yet, but his work looks good. Perfect, and it's probably not pricey too.

"Thanks man! This looks pretty good actually."

Later that day I decide to check Black Cat studio for Finn, the newbie.

"Hello, I would like to get a quote with Finn?" I ask the studio receptionist.

"Sure! Just a minute." she replies with a smile while leaving her desk.

"Hey Finn! There's a cute customer here for a quote." I hear her say from behind the counter and another room.

"Send them in!" a rispy voice replies.

The receptionist gets back to the front desk where I can see her.

"You can go downstairs there, make yourself at home!"

As I go downstairs where the lady pointed me, I see a slender tall figure with red all stars, dressed all in grungy black clothes waiting for me. I look up to face this dark curly haired boy with freckles, and damn.. is he hot. He doesn't look much older than me, but there's this kind of mood around him, that kind of 'up to no good' and intimidating aura.

"H-hello..." I say slightly nervous.

He smirks, "Hey."

I face the ground but I can feel his eyes on me.

Finn POV

I stare at this girl -hopefully my next customer- biting my lip, damn her skin looks so soft and smooth, great for tattooing. The tattoos she has already look great on her body, her shirt has a slightly generous neckline that contours her chest. It's kinda tempting...

I walk towards her and lean closer, "That's some great fine lettering."

I say while taking her hair off the way to her collarbone, where the tattoo is.

"T-tHanks-!" Her voice cracked a little as her face turned red, how cute.

Y/N POV

Shit I can feel my face starting to burn, why is he staring so much?

He finally leaned back, "So......"

"Y/N!" I completed.

"Y/N. What can I do for you today?" He asked with a one sided smile.

Trying to focus, I get my sketchbook from my backpack to show him: "Um.. I wanted to get a quote for this design."

He reaches to my notes and our hands touch when I hand him my sketchbook.

"Damn you drew this?" he says with a rispy voice.

"Yeah" I reply trying to play it cool.

"Shit that's sick! Which part of your body you're thinking?" He asks me and I realize, shit I wanted to get it on my ribs.. and I'd have to be shirtless for that.

"Oh um.. I was thinking.. maybe on my ribs?" I reply with that thought on my mind.

He pauses for a while and finally says: "Mind if I take a look?"

I quickly look up at him confused and nervous. His brown eyes pierce me, looking serious and professional, or just intimidating and teasy?

But if I stop to think it just makes sense, they have to know how to fit the drawing the best way possible on our body... I should know that since I had my fair amount of tattoos already.

Finn POV

I put my hand on hers as she hands me her sketchbook on purpose. I might have a thing for making girls like this flustered.

I wasn't expecting it but her drawing was actually amazing, it was this fierce snake with its mouth wide opened, it would make a fucking sick tattoo. All that and the fact that she had these aggressive tattoos not matching her innocent look made me more interested.

So I asked where in that litte body she wanted it, maybe her arm? I think to myself while eyeing her figure from top to bottom.

"Oh um.. I was thinking.. maybe on my ribs?"

Are you fucking kidding me? I let my imagination roam for a bit- Is this a test?

This could be dangerous haha, that's on her though...

"Mind if I take a look?" I ask her.

God the look on her blushing face.. well I can't blame her, I can't say I'm not going to look with second intentions as well.

Y/N POV

You can feel his intense eyes on your body as you slowly raise your shirt a little.

Your heart is beating really fast 'damn, what the hell??' You think to yourself, trying to get a hold of your own reactions.

You are looking away in tension as you hold your shirt up but you decide to take a look at Finn. His head is slightly lifted up and his eyes are locked down to your body, those eyes that may have been simply professional now, as a matter of fact, look of lust.

"U-uhm....??" You nearly jump and stumble nervously.

Finn seems to snap out of it, whatever 'it' was and smirks, "Yeah this will look just great in there."

You quickly pull your shirt down, but you can't help feeling a different atmosphere after seeing that look on Finn's eyes. It looked like a wolf looking to its prey, wanting to jump at any moment. Was it just your imagination?

Finn POV

'Uh-oh, did I let it show a little too much?' I think to myself as I let a smile escape.

But god how she slowly lifted her shirt... just a little more and I would have seen something else.

Not that I wouldn't see it on the day of the tattoo though, I would make sure she came back to get it done.

"We can do it for $90" I say with a smile.

"In this size??" She asks surprised.

"Yup".

Y/N POV

You set a day for the tattoo, you are excited despite your heart pounding like crazy. Finn's work is pretty awesome for a newbie, and just like Jeremy said, it wasn't too pricey.

As for the things that happened, you decide it should've been your wild imagination after all.

Just as you are going upstairs to leave, Finn calls up to you with that smile on his face: "Hey Y/N? You are cute indeed."
