❶ pain relevers = your best friend

❷ drink water more than juices
because you will be losing blood while on your period!

❸ eat, eat a lot. It's okay! Like i said, you are losing blood while on your period.

❹ if you have cramps and the pain relevers aren't working take a warm towel and place it where the cramp is.

❺ try to not let the PMS get to your head and use it as an excuse to act like a total bitch.

❻ Make sure you track your periods. If you fit into a cycle, you should know when you are due. Periods usually occur ever 28-30 days.

❼ Remember your menstrual cycle will probably not be regular for at least 1 year after your first period, so trying to track it before then usually won't work.

❽ Be prepared. If you don't know when you're due, or are unable to track your cycle, keep pads or tampons in your locker or backpack at all times.
