Delimari couldn't say anything as she looked at the weird creature with the lamp with a strange look. She has never seen anything like him before in her whole life. He had black fur around him with translucent white hair, a maw of a creature, three toes, and a long flowing shirt that was white.
"Uh... is something the matter Ms Delimari?" He inquired, Something was the matter, him.
"Oh! How terrible of me! I forgot to introduce myself." He walked over to her and held out his hand. "I am the Light Guardian of Averia."
Delimari slowly shook his hand because she was still adjusting to him.
He then motioned her to sit down in front of him by the other log he was sitting on in front of him, she sat down and just looked at both; him, and the blue fire.
Delimari then broke the silence. "Okay I have some questions..."
"Sure thing. What are they about?"
"WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU!? I've grown up knowing about every species in Averia! Well, except the Snake's, but still!" Delimari yelled. "Also what am I doing here and how did you transport me from my bathroom to here?"
The Guardian then started to smile. "Well for starters. I can't really tell you who I am because you are not ready yet. Until the time comes, I will not tell you. But I can tell you how and why you are here."
Delimari sat down and listened to what he had to say.
"You see, I am here to talk to you about that Heart you have. Shame to what happened to your mother though as she never tried to figure it out herself." He said, as his smile faded.
Delimari's eyes went wide-eyed. "You knew my Mother!? How!?"
He then looked sternly at her. "I knew her, but I have never spoken to her as she never could get the Heart to work, like I said. You see, I come when someone is chosen by the Heart itself. It has been a very long time since someone has been chosen by it."
"How long has it been?" Delimari said.
"Very long." The light Guardian said. "Now, it's time I tell you some information about the Heart, but note. I can't tell you everything about it. It is not the time for you to know all about it."
"What do you mean it's not time for me to know all about it?" Delimari asked, growing frustrated.
"All in due time. Now you and the Heart are connected to each other, it'll follow you everywhere and it'll be inside every pocket on you and also you can summon it in your hands. Give it a try."
Delimari held out her hand and closed her palm, and focused to try to call the Heart to her. She was never taught how to use a summoning spell, but she heard that in order for her to actually cast one is to clear your head and focus on the one thing you want to summon.
Delimari then opened her eyes and saw that it didn't work.
"Don't worry about it. It usually takes time to learn." The Guardian then walked over to her and summoned the Heart in his own hands. He looked at it like it was an old friend that they hadn't seen in years.
"Exactly how I imagined it all these years since the last time I've seen it." He said, He then gave it back to Delimari. "Trust me. This will help you very much in the coming weeks from now. Unfortunately, the time here is up and I must leave. Goodbye for now Mrs. Delimari."
Delimari then saw a bright light hit her in the face and the next thing that happened was she woke up in her own bed and she woke up so hard she kicked Cookie right off the bed and she screeched, her fur straight in shock.
Delimari looked at her hand and the Heart was still there after the Light Guardian gave it back to her.
Delimari then saw Cookie's front paw raised. "I'm still okay!" She exclaimed, Delimari knew she had to stop accidentally kicking her off the bed.
