When you feel your heart beating in every part of your body,hearing it like its gonna explode, seeing all the black images and memories, the fear grows all over your mind and soul...im shaking..i can't even stay nor sit nor lay..., all i wish was to stop myself from doing it..I wasn't strong enough...i wasn't stronger than my fear, all the anxiety came stronger and tougher to get over..it reached my mindset and all my way of living...Blank was all i saw.. 'is this it?' i thought..
