When I woke I was sitting in the tree. How the hell did I get up here! I look around to see if he is still around. No, ok I went to climb out of the tree but felt a painful stinging in my arm.
I looked at it and saw the huge claw marks he had left in my arm. I still don't understand why blood wasn't gushing from my arm.
I looked around and stared to slowly find my way back home. As I walked I realized I had no clue where I was. I just kept walking.

After I wandered around for what felt like forever but was probably only about an hour. I stopped and sat down to rest.
I started thinking about Randy and Robert and what they would do if I couldn't find my way home. Ma wouldn't be able to take care of them.
"Try not to think bad thoughts." I told myself. "They will be okay, and I will get home soon."

I found a place that I might be able to stay for them night. Nothing much but a small overhang in a rock wall. It would have to do.
It took me a while but I eventually fell asleep and it was probably the best sleep I've had in a long time. I'm not exactly sure how that worked out the way it did but I'm not going to question anything anymore.
