Sam's POV
Right now I am currently smoking with Jack and Jack and our good friend Kevin. Brittany has been really distant lately and I have no clue why. It is starting to worry me though.
"So we have to talk to you about something man." Gilinsky said breaking my train of thought
"What's up?" I asked curiously
"We already talked to Nate about this and he is all for it. We just bought a house out in LA and we want you guys to move out there with us. There is a better studio and better producers out there that will help us with our career." Johnson explained to me
"When would we be moving out there?" I asked punting out my blunt
"After Christmas Break. I mean we passed those tests that helped us to graduate early. We can be somebody out there man." Gilinsky said all excitedly
"What about my life here? What about Britt?" I asked confused
"Look dude there is no easy way for any of us to say this. We know you love Britt and we love Britt too. We are happy she changed you into a good guy. She made you a better person. But in all honesty I don't think she is going to remember anytime soon. You have to let her go dude. It is the best choice for you. I know you want to believe that one day she is going to wake up and remember you but I honestly don't think she is. She is moving on with her life and you need to too." Kevin explained to me
"What happens if I move out to LA and she remembers and hates me for leaving her?" I asked them
"She will understand. She knew when you guys started dating that you and Nate were serious about rapping. Now is the time to shine dude are you gonna take the opportunity or not?" Gilinsky asked me
"I will give you an answer after tonight. Look I have got to go get ready for Grace's big birthday party tonight. I will call you guys in the morning." I said waving before walking home
I showered and changed into a black suit and tie. The event was at this fancy country club downtown. Grace's parents said you only turn eighteen once so you have to do it right. I am picking Brittany up and her parents let me inside. I was walking through the kitchen when I stopped to look at all the pictures scattered about on the table.
"For three hours today she was going through all of your guys' pictures and looking at them. She was trying to remember the memories. She tried really hard Sam." her mom said patting my back
"Did she remember any?" I asked hopeful
"I don't think so. She got eally frustrated before going upstairs to get ready for the party. I'm sorry." her mom said leading me to the living room
Brittany came down a couple minutes later and she looked amazing. She was wearing a light red dress that was sleevless and was cutout around her waist. She had on nude strappy heels and her hair was down and straight and she was wearing her normal amount of makeup.
"Keep your mouth open any longer flies are going to come in." she said smirking patting my chest. I quickly blushed and followed her out to my car.
"So this party is a big deal huh?" I asked her after a couple minutes of silence
"Yeah Grace's parents are wealthy doctors back in London so ever since she was five she has been getting big parties." Britt explained to me
"I met Grace through my dad because he is a doctor as well." Britt added
"So a lot of rich snobby people to deal with?" I asked her laughing
"Yeah I hope you are up for the challenge." she said laughing turning up the radio
