First date
He surprised you with a picnic at a hidden place in the woods.

You're sick
You always want him near you. You don't have the energy to eat or even sit up. You always want him to cuddle with you but at the same time, you don't want him to get sick, too.

Every day, he gets into your room and sat medicine and water on the nightstand. He always gives you a kiss on the forehead and whispers "I love you" before he leaves.

He's sick
He doesn't have the energy to stand up not even sit up. He doesn't want you to get sick so he never lets you in the bedroom. So you're sleeping on the couch while he's sick. But before you're heading to work, you sneak into the bedroom and giving him a kiss on the cheek and setting his medicine on the nightstand.

He gets jealous
At first, in front of them, he doesn't show his feelings but when you get home, he always complains about you or the person being all flirty, kind, and clingy at each other or that you never stop the person that is all clingy. You always get him to calm down if you hug him, kiss him, or/and whisper that you love him.

He comforts you
As everyone knows, you're Naruto Uzumaki's sister. You and your brother have always get blamed for a crime you never have done.
Everybody thought that you and Naruto were monsters, just because of the nine tales.

Under all these years, you have started to feel like your a freak, like you don't deserve to live, like your a disappointment to everybody.

Sai walked into his and your shared apartment when he saw you sitting on the couch, crying.
"Y/n?" You tensed when you heard him walk in, you wiped your tears away "Wh- What are you doing home? I thought you were out with Naruto and Sakura" you said, trying to sound as normal as always. Sai walked up to you and kneeled in front of you, his hands on your knees "I was, but what's wrong?" He asked, looking worried. You sighed and looked into his eyes, his black meeting your teary e/n eyes, some leaving your eyes.

Sai wiped them away with his thumb. "H-How can you be with a freak like me? You deserve better, I'm not good enough" you whispered. Sai knee this would get to you, after everything he had to hear about her and Naruto from others in the village, he knew their words would get to you.

He sat beside you on the couch and held your head so you laid it on his shoulder. He kissed the top of your head and laid his head on yours. "Your or a freak, Y/n. Your the kindest, beautiful person I ever have meet. It's me that doesn't deserve you" you snuggled and smiled, you looked up at Sai and kissed his cheek and then laid back your head on his shoulder "Thanks to Sai, I love you" you whispered and closed your eyes. Sai kissed your head again
"I love you too, Y/n"
