Topic: High school love/everyday love
As a sphomore in h̶e̶ll/p̶r̶is̶o̶n̶ (high school). I've seen plenty of relationships, break ups, and early crush stages. My personally take on feelings overall might be different from many of my classmates. Personally, I know it's not wrong to have a crush. But I believe that having crush while being taken is a whole another thing. One might even say it's a sin or that it's forbidden. But I guess there's no really controlling the heart? But that doesn't mean that it's okay to cheat!
There's a big difference between the two! If you feel like you might have feelings for
someone while having a partner, be honest. Not only should you be honest with yourself but also your partner. Yes, it will be hard cause they may have been "the love of your life" or vise versa. But that doesn't mean it'll last forever. That's just how life is, things come and things go. Just like how people come and go. Then again I could be wrong.
Point is you should be honest with your feelings and consider your partner's feelings as well. If you're one of the percent that is single then congrats no extra drama for you!
That being said don't take a person's small action a sign of them liking you or make it a
reason to like them. Yes, it's rare to see someone who truly cares about us, but that
might be how the person is. Just because someone opens the door for you doesn't
mean they like you. There's other ways for someone to show their feelings to you. Just like there's different personalities there's also different ways of flirting. But back to the earlier topic, You must overall be honest with yourself. If you feel like you're starting to like your best friend or someone else tell your partner. Say you need a break to think stuff through, Give it time! No one gets over emotions or figures out their emotions that quick. Then again I could be wrong. Whatever time you need take it. Once you've had enough time get your partner and say the truth of what you feel. Maybe you like them still, maybe you like the other person more, or maybe you don't like both at all. Anything could happen. NO ONE DIES BECAUSE OF HEARTBREAK! If anything being honest
is better then anything. You don't play with the person's heart and you don't cheat. Yes, heartbreak does hurt. But playing with someone's emotions hurts more.
