"speak now or forever hold your peace."
staring into nayeon's eyes, you smiled as a tear rolled down your face. she looked beautiful in her white gown that differed from the traditional korean garments that were worn at weddings.
this was your western ceremony, held a day after your korean one. instead of just family, close friends were invited to this wedding. including sooyoung and jiwoo.
your problems had all been squashed over a quick and awkward meet up over coffee. you could feel cute little jiwoo's eyes burning into your forehead as you explained the situation, but nevertheless, she forgave you. you mended your relationship bit by bit with sooyoung, happy and more comfortable with her now that your void in your heart had been filled with nayeon.
it wasn't completely okay, though, and you could feel that. but you just considered that it was the awkwardness and ignored it. probably not the best thing to do, now that you look back on it.
as the fellow who was marrying you two said those two words, you looked around in amusement, wondering if anyone dared to say or do anything. the group of people sitting found it funny as well and you swept your head back to nayeon. as you opened your mouth to whisper something to your future wife, you could hear gasps interrupting you.
nayeon observed the crowd and locked her eyes on one person: someone on your side of the family.
"i have something to say."
