Butt and Legs-
20 Wide Leg Sqauts x4
20 Butt Bridges x4
40 Leg Extensions (each leg)
40 Side Leg Extensions (Each Leg)
10 Lunges (Each Leg)
50 Calf Raises x2
30 Inner Thigh Lifts (Each Leg)
Abs, waist, and hip dips
10 plank dips
10 crunches x6
10 flutter kicks x6
5 Russian twists x6
20 crunches leg lifted x2
20 crunches with straight legs x2
20 heel touches x2
20 bicycle crunches x2
*What I mean by x2 and x6 is that you do them that amount of times (Not at the same time) So if it has that after your done doing each workout you do the ones again of the given amount. So if I gave you 5 Russian Twists you'd do all the workout, then do the Russian twist again 5 more times as well as the other workouts. Sorry if that's too confusing if somebody could explain it better please do!
