#7 KaiSoo

I Love You.

Those were words Kai has never said to Kyungsoo when they started dating. Kyungsoo didn't mind it, of course, it would ruin Kai's pride.

Until he heard Kai say I Love You to someone on the phone.

"So, you were cheating on me all along.." Kyungsoo choked out, his heart feeling pierced by a million blades. Kai's eyes widened, as he dropped his phone and turned to Kyungsoo.

"Kyungie, I can--" Kai was cut off by Kyungsoo's words.

"No. I don't need an explanation. It's alright, I'll move out soon. University's coming anyways.. Right?" Kyungsoo crookedly spoke, his voice cracking and his heart cracking more. It was like he was slapped across the face with a 6th Grade Math book.

"Kyu--" Kai was cut off when Kyungsoo zipped out of the door, knocking a picture frame over in the process.

Kai ran after Kyungsoo, picking up the papers in the process while calling his name. Kyungsoo would run towards either of the two, Chanyeol, his best friend's, house, or Xiumin's, his half brother. It was a luck-or-not guess, which pressured the said teen.

He ran first to Xiumin's house, knocking on the door hard. A groan erupted as footsteps marched towards the door.

"Kyungsoo's at Chanyeol's place. Don't bother me." Xiumin's Just-woke-up voice came as a response. Kai immediately ran away towards Chanyeol's house.

When he arrived, he knocked on the door. Chanyeol opened it, and before Kai could speak, Chanyeol slammed the door. Luckily, Kai's foot was in the way, so the door was stopped.

"Chanyeol! I need to speak to Kyungie now!" Kai immediately said.

"No! I know the story, and you've done the worst thing possible! You've crossed the line, Kai." Chanyeol, who is unusually more angry than supposedly, replied.

"She was my noona. I could never bring myself to cheat on Kyungsoo, ever. I promised myself that." Kai said, determined. Chanyeol's hard eyes softened, as he sighed and slowly opened the door to let Kai in.

"Kyungsoo, I'm really sorry. It isn't another girl, It was my noona. Please, I would never say I love you to someone else, other than you." Kai said. Kyungsoo turned to him.

"You've never said I love you." Kyungsoo said, still mad. Kai smiled. He handed Kyungsoo the papers.

"What are these..?" Kyungsoo asked as he proceeded to open them. As he opened it, he stood shocked.

Love letters.

"I'm sorry I never gave these to you. It's just.. My ugly handwriting and that embarrassing letter.. I--" Kai was shut up as Kyungsoo kissed him softly on the lips.

"It's alright, at least you wrote it." He smiled.

"Ugh, guys, get a room!" Chanyeol said, acting disgusted as he stuck his tongue out.

"Psh, you do this with Baekhyun! You even go farther than a kiss!" Kyungsoo teased. Chanyeol turned light red, as he excused himself to his room.

"Let's go, Kai." Kyungsoo smiled. He felt complete.

"Alright." Kai said.

He then whispered softly into Kyungsoo's ear, "I love you."
