We just wrapped up my music video for my newest song Baby Baby. I'm literally so excited to see what the turnout was. You'll never guess who I had in it with me. Come on, take a guess. I'll tell you anyway. It was Kelly Oubre Jr. That beautiful being was honored to be in my music video and I'm so excited about it.

The main idea of the video is that I find him, when I least expect to. So it starts off with a short clip of me and my friends getting ready to go out to the club. Then the beginning of the song starts to play.

It cuts to me in a red dimly lit room of mirrors, singing the first few lyrics into the camera.

Then it cuts to the club scene where he walks in the with his group of people. They're hanging out by the bar or whatever, then me and my people walk in. I wasn't paying any mind to the people, I was just trying to have a good time.

It cuts back to me in the room of mirrors, squatting down to the floor as I sing some more. It goes back to the club scene again.

I feel eyes on me and when I turn to see who the culprit is, it's him. I smile at him while I dance. He then smirks and waves me over with his index finger. I comply, walking through the crowd to get to him.

Once I reach him, he holds his hand out for me to shake. I do so and he slowly pulls me into him, rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb. Now I'm blushing and all because he's really cute. He grabs me by the waist, holding me close as he offers to buy me a drink. I say yes to his offer.

The next scene is me in a dance studio with my background dancers as I sing. It shows me during the quick water break, smiling at my phone as I text him. Then I head back to the space in front of the mirror, dancing in my black sweats, gray off the shoulder tank, with a black sports bra and white air forces.

It then cuts to a new scene, where we're laying in a bed under the sheets. It shows my bra covered back, with his hands on my waist. I'm singing to him on this part. If you didn't already guess, it was like a sex scene.

It cuts back to the club scene, where we're sitting at the bar, talking and laughing over a few drinks. Following that, it shows me pulling him out to the dance floor. He wraps his arms around my shoulders from behind, burying his face in my neck as I smile.

Back to the mirror scene, where I'm pointing at the camera and singing.

It goes back to the bedroom scene, where it shows us talking and laughing some more. He was holding my thigh to his torso while my hand traced patterns onto his chest.

Then it cuts back to the dance studio scene, where I'm leaning against the mirror, drenched in sweat, breathing hard with my head against the mirror in exhaustion. I was thinking about him.

Before it ends, he kisses me.

It then cuts back to the mirror scene, where I sing the final lyric: I wasn't looking for no boo, til I ran into you. Oh.

Then the screen goes black.

It was so fun shooting this video. The bedroom scene was my favorite. It was literally nothing but straight jokes. We had to do like 30 takes because Kelly and I couldn't be serious for more than 10 seconds.

I think the producer got so agitated that he just chose to leave the laughing scene in there. About 50% of the video was really us behind the scenes. Kelly was honestly such a great help though. I loved every second of his cooperation in this video. It truly meant a lot to me.
