When it comes to power, EMIYA has barely any feats that actually stand a chance against the top teirs of DXD. however, he is entirely capable of killing a large majority of characters on his own, with prep time, and with stealth.
firstly, none of the devils stand a chance. If we give no limitations on mana and say it is in the moon cell, Excalibur Image is able to kill any devil. Issei? bam, he's dead without the chance to even activate the boosted gear, Rias? BAM, Sirzechs? If you say that he is unaware or he is taking the fight lightly, one well placed broken Durandal or sneak attack with Excalibur image and he's dead. most of the gods could be killed via Harpe, the immortal killing scythe. he also could possibly get rid of a devil servants piece or ophis's blessing with rulebreaker. A lot of non immortal non devil enemy can be dealt with by gae bolg, hrunting, cadalbolg or, for over kill, Ig-Alima, that sword that's bigger than a mountain.
other than the absolute pinnacle of dxd, Emiya has a hard counter for most characters, but some lower tier characters that are unaffected by hax can also win
