"Do you, Ashley, take Evan as you're lawfully wedded husband?" The priest looked at me, and then the crowd did.
"I do." My heart beated fast.
"Do you, Evan, take Ashley as you're lawfully wedded wife?"
Woah what am I saying? Let's start from the beginning.
My heart was beating as I walked down the unfamiliar halls, watching eyes burn through me. I stared at the ground intently.
"Oof!" I fell down.
"I'm so sorry, beauti-, oh I mean pret-, uh sorry. Here l-let me help y-you up." A boy with beautiful blue eyes looked down at me, reached his hand out for mine. He pulled me up.
"Uh, thank you." I stumbled, unable to keep my eyes off of him.
"No prob-blem. Do you want to t-text me sometime?" He wrote down his number on a piece of paper ripped out of one of his notebooks and handed it to me.
"Uh, s-sure." I grabbed the piece of paper. As our hands touched, I jumped.
"Whoops, I'm sorry." He set his hand on my shoulder. I jumped again. "It's ok." He comforted, staring into my eyes.
I awkwardly walked away. He is gorgeous, I thought.
