It was a day before the UA entrance exam. Sakura and Jun were hanging out and training. AT this point in time, Jun had met Kurogiri and got to know Shigaraki and learned his rather unfortunate history. It was about twice a week that she'd sneak out of the house and meet with her fellow league members. Thinking about them brought her back to why she was even going to UA. They'd wanted her to go to UA High as a spy, and as a reliable source of intel from inside the hero society she'd feed them important and classified information. 'It's imperative you make it into this school,' she recalled one of her associates saying to her. It didn't take her long to deduce that it was Kurogiri, since the word 'imperative' was far beyond Shigaraki's weak vocabulary. It was a mere coincidence that Sakura also wanted to be a hero and wanted to go to UA. And so they trained basically every afternoon, determined to get into UA High, but each with a different motive. And so Jun and Sakura were together until nightfall. At around 9:30, Sakura went home. Ignoring her parents arguing from the second she opened the door, she headed into her room and decided to read. Meanwhile, Jun snuck out to the bar where her colleagues met every so often.

The following day was the entrance exam and Sakura was busy preparing. Jun, as well, was participating in the entrance exam. It was still early in the morning, but they both had to get ready and take a public transit to UA. They commuted together, and when they arrived the two found themselves completely awestruck at the sheer size of the building. Their mouths were agape as they took in the monumental architecture. They entered the auditorium and took their seats, Present Mic entered momentarily after all the examinees settled down into their assigned seats. Time flew by and before they knew it, they were at the starting lines for the exam. After being signaled to start, the gates to the cities flew open in unison. Sakura started to jump from rooftop to rooftop with her heightened agility. Using the flying debris to her advantage. she threw the wreckage at the robots, instantly gaining points from the mass destruction.

Meanwhile, Jun was at a major disadvantage in Ground B. Her quirk required living things with an actual consciousness. Despite this, Jun put her best efforts into getting more and more points. Using only her raw agility and power, she knocked out a fair amount of robots. At some point she stopped keeping count, but she estimated about 20-something to 30 points. It was a fairly nice haul, especially since she couldn't use her quirk in this situation. Suddenly, Jun stopped in her tracks. Just beyond several buildings she could see the zero-point robot. 'Sheesh, that thing is horrifying.' She thought to herself, thankful she wasn't closer to it than she already was. Several buildings collapsed in their wake as it moved by. She spotted a small girl nearby, one of which was taking down a 3-point robot when it slammed her into a nearby building. Normally, Jun would have overlooked it and not cared but the zero-point robot was so close to destroying that very building.

"Oh god, she'll die..." Jun muttered morbidly under her breath. Jun's eyes had widened. Sure, she'd watched as her co-workers ruthlessly murdered people before, but standing by and watching somebody die just like that, and doing nothing? Jun couldn't- she wouldn't let that happen. Ruining the aesthetic of her quirk, Jun screamed out a song just loud enough so that the girl could hear her.² The second Jun knew she had the girl under her control, she ordered the girl to get out of there as quickly as humanly possible. As soon as the smaller girl was beside Jun, the exam ended. Jun snapped the girl out of her trance, and made her way out of the city.

Later that week Sakura got her letter then went to Jun's place so they could open and see the results together. Sakura and Jun sat down in Jun's room with the results.

"Ready?" Jun asked, with a big, cheeky grin lacing her features.

"Yeah," Sakura opened the letter and a tiny device came out and presented a video. The video explained that she had passed and made it into UA High School with [insert total here??] points; [] being rescue points and the rest being robot points. Jun congratulated her and followed up with her video, receiving a near identical message with fairly similar results, but on a smaller scale. She made it in, but it was far less impressive than her friends'.

"We did it imouto-chan! We got in," Jun smiled charismatically.

Sakura smiled wildly. "We get to be heroes together, Jun-onē!"

Jun was happy, but deep down she knew that her motivation for this was completely different than Sakura's, and that killed her inside.
