"I'll see you later Midoriya!" Todoroki called from the office I was exiting.

"Yeah see ya!" I replied.

I had just finished work and was now heading home. It has been a long day today. There were about 5 incidents in town and a bank robbery. Now all I want to do is go home and snuggle with Ochako. It's been over a year since we got married and I have never felt happier.

I decided to get a taxi home as I couldn't wait for a train. I hopped in and gave the driver the address. As we drove I stared out the window at the many houses and cars and trees. But all I could think of was Ochako. She was feeling sick this morning and for pretty much the entire week. Why do I act as though something is wrong? It was only some sort of stomach bug. Oh well, I'm just exaggerating.

I made it home and paid the taxi man. I walked along the path that lead to our little home. I unlocked the door and walked in.

"Ochako! I'm home!" No answer. That's strange.

"Ochako?" I took off my shoes and walked into the house. There was food on the counter wrapped in clingfilm. The lights were off. I walked into our bedroom. Oh good. She was in here.

"Good evening Ochako." She turned around and blushed a bright red and had a huge smile when she saw me.

"Izu! You're home!" She said running up to me and giving me a big hug.

"How was your day?" She asked.

"It was good. A bit tiresome though. I missed you so much today." I replied hugging her tighter.

"And how where you today? You were quite sick this morning."

"Oh. Um. I-I'm fine. It was just. Some. Kind of bug." She looked down and twiddled her thumbs as she said this. She's lying.

"Ochako. What is it?" I said looking at her with a worried expression.

She just sighed and avoided my gaze.

"You can tell me anything you know. We are best friends. Okay?"

She looked back up at me with tears in her eyes. I heard her sobbing. Then the sobs turned to full crying. She grabbed me into another hug and cried and cried and cried. All I could do was stroke her back and try to make her feel better.

"Izuku. I'm. I'm."

"Calm down. It's okay Ochako."

I heard her sigh and the crying seized.

"I'm pregnant." My eyes widened in shock.

I pulled her away from me and looked at her seriously.

"You. You're? Really?" She nodded slowly and looked up at me expectantly.

I, however, couldn't contain my happiness. I stood up and spun her around hugging her the entire time.

"I'm gonna be a dad!" I repeated again and again. Eventually, we calmed down and sat on the bed next to each other.

"Do you feel better Ocha?" I asked breaking the long silence.

"Yes. I do. But..."

"But?"

"What do we do now?" I was confused.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I mean what do we do now? We're heroes Izu. How can we juggle hero work and the new baby?" Oh is that what she meant.

"Ochako. You worrying too much. We can do this. You'll just need to work in the office for a little while."

She smiled but didn't look too sure.

"We can do this. Together." I gave her a quick kiss and we both snuggled together.

I am gonna be a dad. This is one of the happiest days of my life. And eventually, we drifted off to sleep in each other's arms.
