Asuka POV
An unpleasant sound tore away the eerie silence. I grunted at the sound as I shifted my body, trying to get into a more comfortable position against the sheets. After a few moments, I had to pry my eyes open since it didn't seem like I was going to become gifted anymore time to rest.
I whipped the blankets off of my figure as my feet were placed against the chill marble tiles. A yawn escape my lips as tried to get my blood flowing through my limbs. I walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth. After spitting the mint flavored paste, I continued with my normal routine.
I changed into this academy's uniform before stepping in front of the mirror. I tied my hair into its usual ponytail to remove the hair from its unnecessary, carefree style. I softly exhaled with one final glanced at my reflection before gathering my educational belongings and exiting my room.
I placed my supplies on a table before jogging over to the complementary offee machine, desperately wanting to get some caffeine into my system. I grabbed a mug to pour the liquid contents with a few components to make my version of a satisfied cup of coffee.
"Oi, Asuka! If that coffee over there? Can you pour me some, please?", I glanced behind me with my mug in my hand. I proceeded to tilt the mug against my lips before answering to the blonde haired male walking towards my direction.
"Sure. Any cream or sugar?", I asked after placing the warm mug beside me. Brandon answered positive to both options.
"...Geez... How are you guys wake this early....?", a different, yet familiar voice groggily asked. I handed a mug filled with coffee to Brandon, who gave me a verbal appreciation before clasping the container in his own hands.
"What do you mean 'early'? Classes starts in 15 minutes.", Brandon spoke as he faced his brown-haired friend, who was dressed in his sleep attire.
"Classes...? Doesn't it start in two days?", Brandon asked which led me to raise an eyebrow in disbelief.
"Sure. If you count a day only having a 5 minutes time span.", I spoke before taking another sip of the drink in my hand.
"What? You're kidding, right?", Sky asked as an expression of horror painted his face.
"Nope, neither of us are. So, you have exactly 8 minutes to get ready and walk out of the door. Good luck.", Brandon spoke as he rasied his mug against his lips, not minding Sky's idoitic behavior.
"Holy Shit-! Fuck, fuck, fuck. 8 minutes.... 8 fucking minutes!", the brunette chanted before his feet slapped against the floor, running towards his room. I exhaled as I heard a distant slam of a door.
"Damn.... Who the fuck is this loud in the morning?", a voice spoke as my eyes met a magenta haired male, who had an irritated expression as he walked into the room. Riven walked passed Brandon and I, making a beeline towards the coffee machine. He lifted the pot out of its holder and traveled back towards his room, not speaking another word.
"Welp. Looks like we won't be getting anymore coffee anytime soon.", Brandon soon commented as he stared as Riven's retreating figure.
"...How the fuck am I supposed to to work with only one cup of coffee? While Riven took the whole pot, which was still have freaking full.....", I grumpled in annoyance as I placed my empty mug on the metal sink, reminding myself to wash the clay container later.
"O-Oh! H-hey Asuka, Brandon!", a voice greeted as a ginger haired male made himself visible. A smile was on his lips as his eyes glinted in excitement.
"I was about to apologize that there wasn't any coffee left, but it doesn't look like you need it. You excited about today?", Brandon asked with a chuckled which made Timmy blushed in embarrassment.
"Y-yeah! I mean, I actually get to go to classes of Red Fountain! I'm a tiny bit nervous, but mostly happy. I mean, what if the teachers don't like me? How about my classmates? And my fighting and magic skills aren't really that good....", Timmy started to rant as his joyous attitude started to disintegrate. I rasied an eyebrow at Brandon, silently questioning him as to why did he ask such a question that could have a result of ....well, this.
"Hey, Timmy. You got the same letter that I got, right? The acceptance letter?", I asked as I walked towards Timmy's direction. A minor, disarming smile went to my lips as I observed Timmy nodding to my question.
"Well then, do you remember what it says? I think it said that Red Fountain would be happy to have you go to this school because they've heard about the greatness of your abilities. So I'm sure you're gonna do fine since you were picked to be here.", I added.
"Y-yeah! And if there's anything wrong with the students, you'll have me and Asuka. And probably Sky, too.", Brandon added as Timmy's expression didn't seem like he was going to have a metal breakdown anymore.
"R-right! Thanks guys. It's just the ...."
"Nevous feeling of going to school? Aren't we all feeling the same though?", I concluded Timmy's sentence with my hand grabbing the Ginger's shoulder in reassurance. Timmy gave me a warrily grin in agreement.
"You're right. Thanks Asuka, Brandon.", Timmy spoke in appreciation as he clenched his books against his chest.
"No problem, man. If we're gonna start living together, might as well protect each other's backs.", Sky said as he placed his mug gently on the sink.
"Oh, shoot! I forgot my hologram for [insert idea for use of hologram for education purposes]!", Timmy cried as he quickly ran towards his room to retrieve the metioned object.
"How did you do that?", I glanced over, waiting for him to explain on what Brandon is implying.
"You found the words to claim Timmy down pretty fast."
"Thanks, if that was suppose to be a compliment. But I got 3 little sisters who are dramtic, to say the least.", I answered. Brandon hummed in thought as footsteps echoed against the floor tiles.
"Done! And 2 minutes to spare...!", Sky panted as he arrived in the living room with his suppiles needed for the academy. His uniform was on his body, but that didn't help his rough appearance due to the rush.
"A-ah! Good morning, Sky!", Timmy soon accompanied us with his hologram in his clasp. Sky soon returned the greeting as I gathered my own personal belongings.
"Tch. Goddamnit.... This better be worth getting early for....", Riven spoke as profanity escape his lips. I softly snorted, at the comment, couldn't help but agreeing.
"Alright, people. Get it moving. I need to go down to the cafeteria for some freaking-ass food.", spoke Sky as his stomach audibly grumbled.
"Yeah, yeah. We're moving to go to school. Just shut up.", Riven responded with his eyebrows scrunched in frustration. With that said, all of us stepped out of the door with a minute to get ourselves into the damn classrooms.
A/N: Hey guys. It's the author here. And I'm starting to question if I should just make Asuka a full blown male. Then it'll be a gay harem. But.... I mean, the original plan was for Asuka to be a trans make anyways... So.... Yeah.... Comment for what you guys want.
(Kinda short chapter, since it was kinda a filler. But the next one will be longer.)
