Ok I just wanna give a quick disclaimer before I start. This chapter mentions suicide and self harm. If you're triggered in anyway because of these subjects, I will be releasing a different chapter soon.
"Look at her, she's so creepy..." one girl whispered probably loud enough so Hyejoo could hear.
"I know, right? She's so cold it's almost as if she's never smiled before. Weird..." Another whispered back.
Olivia was sat a desk in front, not exactly studying though she pretended to be. In actuality, She could here everything those girls said about her. She didn't care though. It was nothing she hasn't heard before. It was partly true to be honest.
"Class dismissed!" The teacher shouted. Of course, Hyejoo was the first to leave the classroom desperate to get out of that shithole of a school. Once she was out was out of proximity of her classroom, she unzipped her leatherjacket-pocket and took out her air pods. She shoved them in her ears and started playing her favourite playlist.
It wasn't until she was about to turn into her house when she felt a slight tap on her shoulder. Startled, she took out her Air pods and quickly turned around.
"What the fuck?" She yelled out."Oh, sorry... I didn't mean to startle you." A small, quiet voice replied.
"Do you need something?" Olivia asked rather harshly. It wasn't her intention for it to come off that way however her voice naturally wasn't the most welcoming.
"I- Uh... wanted to um... see if you'd like to hang out with me after classes tomorrow?" Chaewon said in a shy voice, an obvious blush creeping on her cheeks.
Hyejoo looked confused for a second then eyeing her surroundings a few times to make sure no one was around.
"This is a joke, right?" She asked about to walk into her gateway.
"Hyejoo I swear this is not a joke... I genuinely want to get to know you."
Hyejoo laughed at those words. No one had ever come up to her let alone say they wanted to hang out. In all honesty, people were weirded out by her. She didn't have a welcoming personality at all. She was always cold to people, always physically and verbally aggressive, so why is the softest and most kindest girl in college trying to be her friend?
"As if princess. Go home." Olivia scoffed as she was about to open her front door.
"Wait!" Chaewon shouted out reaching over and grabbing the other girls hand. "Please... can you at least think about it? I swear I'm not like the others..." she pleaded.
Hyejoo looked at her for a second. She was still convinced this was some sort of game but decided whatever this was, it was nothing she can't handle. She rolled her eyes finally agreeing to the blonde's offer.
"Fine. That doesn't mean I trust you though." She remarked.
"I understand... I know I have to win your trust." Go Won looked down kind of embarrassed.
"Aha, good luck with that princess." Hyejoo giggled.
Chaewon couldn't help but blush at the rather annoying yet cute pet name that she was being called . Even though it was probably being used in a negative light, it still made her insides fill with butterfly's.
"So uh... How about the movies?" Chaewon suggested.
"Whatever." And with that, Olivia slammed the door behind her kinda startling the quiet girl.
-Time skip: 1 Day-
Today was the day that Hyejoo would be hanging out with the goody-two-shoes little princess. In all honesty, She couldn't care less how this "date" went. She still didn't trust Chaewon with any fibre of her being and it was hard to believe she ever would.
