Chapter 4 ~ Saying goodbye Q_Q

Akuma’s pov

It has been a year since I moved to Suna. Gaara and I became closer than ever. Every week we had a sleep over. I help him with his sleep and I stole a kiss or two again. I just loved seeing his face red. KAWAI! I am almost finished with decoding the scroll as well and I have a feeling that Suna isn’t the village that my parents were talking about.

Now it’s afternoon and I’m in my room decoding the scroll.

‘Almost finished… and done.’ I thought as I finished the scroll. Now it’s time to read it.

‘You sure you want to read it now?’ Chi asked me.

‘Yes Chi. I waited long enough. I want to know if Suna is the place and I don’t want to leave this place cuz of Gaara.’

‘Ok, but don’t get your hopes up.’

I mentally nodded and started reading the scroll.

“Dear Akuma, if you’re reading this then that means that we are dead. We are sorry we died when you are little. You must know that you posses great power, even more that anymore can imagine but you still need to unlock it through the stages. You know you carry two Kekkei Genkai’s and that you have our goddess sealed inside yourself as well. Use your power wisely. You will be staying in the village called Konohagakure. You need to stay there no matter. WE were good friends with the third and forth Hokage, but since the forth died you will take this scroll to the third. His name is Sarutobi. We already built a house there so you don’t need to live in apartments. Stay strong little one and be safe.

Love mom and dad.”

I closed the scroll and began to cry. They feel guilty cuz I’m on my own right now. I need to leave the Suna as well. I don’t want to leave Gaara. I curled up in a ball on the floor sobbing.

After few minutes I heard the door open but I didn’t bother to move.

“Akuma, what’s wrong?” I heard Gaara’s voice.

He came and knelt in front of me. “Why are you crying?” He asked me as he whipped my tears away.

I just pointed at the scroll. He took it and began reading it. He frowned when he finished reading it and pulled me into a hug.

“Don’t cry Aku-chan. We won’t be separated forever. I’ll become strong and I will protect you, then you can come back. Don’t cry.” He said to me.

I finely hugged him back. “Promise that you won’t forget me Gaara.” I said in a whisper.

He chuckled a little bit. “I could never forget you, even if I lost my memories.” I smiled. He got up pulling me with him.

“Why are you here at this hour anyways? I thought we were supposed to meet each other at the playground.” I told him. At this his smile diapered.

“I have some bad news. My father has begun to suspect you and sooner or later he will start to dig in your past.”

I frowned. “That means I need to leave in the morning.” I said sadly. Gaara looked like he was about to cry. I hugged him. “I promise that we will see each other as soon as possible, so don’t be sad. If Gaara is sad then Akuma is too.” He lightened up a little.

“Your right. We will see each other in to time.”

I nodded. “I need to tell the Kazekage I’m going to leave the Suna so that he could stop suspecting me. When I finish that meet me at the playground. I want to spend the rest of my time here with you. I’ll pack tonight.” He agreed and left while I got ready to see the Kazekage.
