Chapter 8- Job?

Mackenzie Pov

I yawned, as I stretched my arms in the air.

"Did, you sleep good?"Logan asked glancing behind him, and then facing the road while he drove. I nodded, sleepily.

"Where are we going, now?"I asked leaning back.

"We're headed into a small town . Not far from here."I familar voice said. I turned my head, and screamed.

"Loki!"I screamed. Loki only chuckled.

"Miss me?"He asked with a smirk.

"No."I mumbled, and turned back around in my seat, and pouted folding my arms on my chest. Both Logan, and Loki laughed. Suddenly, a question popped up in my mind.

"Logan, do you actually  see Loki in the backseat?"I asked knowing that Loki has many tricks under his green sleeve. What's with this guy , and green? Anyway...

"Yes, I do. I see Loki in the backseat. And, yes I know of Loki's trick. We actually made a deal, and that's the only reason why he is here."Logan explained.

"What deal?"I asked. Logan looked at me.

"You cannot know about the deal."Loki whispered in my ear. Again, I shrivered. I quietly, growled under my breath. Much to Loki's amusement.

"I'm going back to sleep. Wake me up , when we get there."I said laying back down.

"Good, afternoon."I heard a voice say. I opened my eyes to see Loki looking at me.

"Yeah."I mumbled. I then took in my surroundings. I was in a all purple, black, and white room . There was a Tv opposite of me. On the walls, there were words written in pretty writing.  I then realized that this was my old room. I smiled, a bit.

"This , is your old room?"Loki asked watching me. He was leaning on a wall next to the door.

I nodded.

"Me, and my mom traveled alot. So, we've been to many different places. And we have alot of houses."I explained. Loki nodded.

My stomach then growled, quietly but Loki still heard it. This is embarrassing!

"Hungry?"Loki asked, with a smirk. I nodded.

"Come on. I think Logan has a surpise for you."Loki said giving me his handing  pulling me off the bed. Willingly, I went with him. Which, I never thought I'll ever do with a stranger. Well, his not a totally stranger....

Suddenly, I was being pulled away from Loki.

"Mack!"My cousin Vic yelled (@kittykitty555) pulling me into a hug.

"Vic!"I yelled hugging her back.

After a while, I pulled back.

"What's up?"I asked.

Vic shrugged, "Life." I laughed.

"How, did you get here? "I asked, curious.

"Got a ride ."She said shrugging

I rasied one eyebrow at her.

Vic, only smiled. I rolled my eyes.

"Sheesh, your so dramatic. "Vic said sitting down on the couch  next to her.

"Really?"I asked with a rasied eyebrow.

Vic nodded. "Yup! Your my only overly dramatic cousin. I mean I have a few cousins but there not dramatic like you."She said.

"Cousin? I was never told you were related."Loki's voice filled the room. I totally forgot he was here. Oppsy!

Vic gasped. "Loki? Mack you know Loki?"Vic asked.

Me, and Loki both nodded.

"Loki, this is the girl? My cousin?"Vic asked before she dragged a amuse Loki out the room.

My stomach then growled again, making me immediately head to the kitchen.

Logan Pov

"Hey, bub!"I yelled. Victoria which prefers Vic  turned around to look at me.

"Sup."She said nodding her head. She then went back to arguing with Loki.

I just shook my head, and picked up some wood. I planned to make a fire, later on today.

I scrunched, my noses as two scents filled my nose. I growled.

"Smells, like government."I said, then made my way over to the front door. Just in time to see a female, and male.

The female had red firey hair, and wore a all black suit. The male had a black eye patch. All black clothing, and a black trench coat.

"May, I help you?"I asked, not in the mood.

The female nodded, "My name is Agent Romanoff, and we were wondering if you know any one of these people."She said handing me a few files.

"If you do , let us know immediately."The male said.

"And who the hell might you be?"I asked glancing at the flies, then at the male.

"Fury. Nick Fury."He said with a nodded.

I let out a breath.

"That , will be all."Romanoff said , before the two left in a plane.

I walked back in the house, and looked at the papers I was given...
