Stiles is graduating from college and his excitement over the phone said it all, I just sat smiling as he rambled about the times, I had to book a few days off since college finished before school, "so there is gonna be a massive party and Erica is so insistent that I go but I'm not sure I want to I'd rather get back to you already"

I chuckled "why don't we go together, I don't want you to stop having fun Sti"

There was a moment of silence "you did, you never stayed behind"

"I didn't want to, I didn't want that fun, I just wanted to be with you that's what I wanted" I said back softly

"It's what I want to Derek" then he cut the phone off and I sighed

I'll come over and we can go to the party together Sti, I'll be there in a few hours quickly punching in a text knowing he won't answer the phone right now, stubborn little fox

When I got to the college I hadn't got a single text back from Stiles and the hyperactive teen wasn't waiting for me either, I grabbed my bag and headed for his dorm, "Stiles let me in" I heard as I reached near his "if you don't let me in I'll find my own way in"

"Get lost Theo, you're in my way I'm going to be late!" Stiles shouted back, and I guess this is why he wasn't waiting for me

I rounded yhe corner to see 'Theo' trying the door again "I'm breaking it down if you don't let me in"

"No your not, if my ears didn't deceive me you are Theo which means you know that's illegal, I could call campus security if you don't leave" he just glared at me

"Who the hell are you to tell me what to do!?" Stiles door opened "finally" Theo practically shouted

"DER!" Stiles did shout diving out of the room and jumping at me, I smiled and wrapped my arms around him "I'm sorry I was going to meet you but I got stuck"

"It's ok little fox" I smiled and if looks could kill I think I'd have died from the way Theo was glaring at me right now "I missed you" I smile down at Stiles slightly shorter height kissing his forehead

"Who the hell is he!" Theo shouted

"Scott's cousin and the love of my life" Stiles glared back and I couldn't help the blush that rose on my cheeks, "Let's go in" Stiles said grabbing my hand and pulling me into his dorm

"The love of your life" I hum once the door was shut and I watched the blush rise on his cheeks

"I umm I just wanted ugh" I chuckled and silenced him by stroking my thumb over his cheek smiling as he leaned into the touch

"Don't panic" I smile and stroke my thumb along his jaw then over his lips "you're the love of my life to Mieczyslaw" I smiled at him "I was going to wait till after the ceremony but hearing you say that I can't wait now" I pulled him forward and pressed a kiss to his lips, It took him a moment of shock before he leaned into the kiss kissing me back as he slowly reached up to wrap his arms around the back of my neck

We kissed slowly and passionately before we both reluctantly pulled away for air and I wrapped my arms around his waist, he let out a small sigh of content and snuggled into my chest "I thought you forgotten that you told me to wait, that was until you said just a little longer, but I would have seriously waited for you forever" Stiles mumbled holding onto me

I chuckled and leaned my head against his "I could never forget the things I promise to you" I tilted his head up "or what your dad said which only made me more confident in being with you"

"What did my dad say?" He questioned blinking up at me

"The day we moved out he told me he was surprised we weren't married already" and Stiles just blushed up again chuckling "I should have kissed you the day I went to college instead of asking you to wait, I should never of made you wait"

"It's ok Der" I shook my head and held him close "graduation is tomorrow and I got my sour wolf and this is officially the best year ever"

"Really, I'll have to try and beat that then won't I" I pulled him back giving him another kiss and carrying him to the couch "I'll try and make every year the best year

And I certainly topped it the next year on his birthday, I proposed to him and officially topped the best year, I loved seeing him smile and I loved finally having him and I still question myself on why the hell I waited to grab ahold of him, he was mine for a long time we both knew that it was just making it official, I just liked watching him be so free and I think that's what it was, I didn't want to tie the carefree fox down with an overly brooding werewolf that still occasionally broods everyday until his cheeky smile puts a smile on my face, honestly teaching teens are stressful but his job working with his dad seemed just as stressful if not more and I'll do my best to keep him the happiest man in the world, my little fox, my cousin's best friend
