The planet has always been in evolution since the day it was formed, not only in its own structure but also those who inhabit it.
The cells that were formed by those primordial soup that gave rise to life as we know it, have been in constant evolution since then, forming thousands of species with millions of individuals that harvested the same planet as we know it today, millions of years passed in constant evolution until finally...
The human appeared.
Adapting better than any other living being, humans began to build societies with their own species in order to survive more easily, they invented tools to help them in tasks which they could not easily perform, they created writing and language to communicate in a civilized way, carefully studying their environment so that they could not only live in it, but to understand it.
The desire to know more about their environment led them to evolve further than any other animal, their societies soon became great cities, led by hierarchies and political systems, the rustic tools of stone and wood became solid creations made of metal and iron alignments. History, commerce, mathematics, science in general.
Human beings had no limits.
Humans ruled the Earth, now they weren't just another animal living in it, they were the animal who conquered it, they no longer looked to survive...
But to evolve.
And of course....The constant desire to advance more and more led humanity to fall into an evil greed, and with it, fights between them, resulting in the creation of weapons and soldiers.
Generally, these soldiers wielded their weapons with the sole purpose of killing anyone who stood in front of them, showing no mercy or respect to their enemy; after all, it was kill or be killed....
But...
On certain part of the world....
On a certain island....
There was a group of soldiers....
A group of warriors....
Which had a very peculiar philosophy...
The samurai...
Strong and fierce warriors with a spectacular level of discipline, fighting with honor before a victory in mind, living their lives from birth to death totally proud of themselves, living by the code of Bushido and its 7 principles:
Gi (justice).
Yu (courage).
Jin (compassion).
Rei (courtesy).
Meyo (honor).
Makoto ( Honesty)
Chugo (loyalty)
The samurai were as skilled in the art of the sword as they were in the art of speech. One could say that their words were even as sharp as the swords they wielded.
They were respected and honored throughout all their nation.
That's precisely why they prospered for so long....
When the world followed its course, the samurai were left behind, their principles and philosophies were being thrown out of kilter to a world in which science was dominating, in a short time, powder and lead overtook them in battle, the samurai were being eradicated....
The samurai were extinguishing ....
...
However...
...
The era of the samurai should have ended at that point in history...
But it didn't...
Some samurai escaped from Japan to peaceful foreign lands, lands where there was no such thing known as "the way of the warrior".
The foreigners, when interacting with these peculiar individuals, were fascinated, the simple fact that a human being possessed such a vision of the world and such an attachment to his own ideology and principles amazed them, so much that they began to copy his behavior, the now ronin infected the Bushido to the people as if it were an epidemic. The fascination for the samurai and Bushido spread all over the world, entire countries took up the idea of the samurai not only as some ideology or movement, but as their own patrimony.
The samurai who escaped from their homeland and the pioneers of this new era were given the name of the "Hajimeru", an honorarium given to those who taught the Bushido to entire countries.
The world was now reigned by samurai, from America to Oceania, from Africa to the Antartic, there was no place where the term "samurai" was not praised and idealized by people.
Thanks to his principles and discipline, humanity was living the greatest possible era, all countries were triumphing both economically and socially, it didn't take long for the peaceful era to produce great technological advances that until now could only appear in a science fiction novel, and although technology was advancing more and more, this time, the samurai never disappeared.
...
And for almost 800 years, that didn't change.
