Hi, I'm Ariel Jane Williams, but you can call me Ariel or Jane. I know what you're thinking ' who would name their child Ariel?!' My mom loved Ariel as a child, I do too. That is why she named me Ariel. I'm surprised my dad agreed with the name. Anyway, my story starts with me chasing my dreams of being a singer. I didn't want the fame, I just wanted to do what I love and show people what I could do. Everything started when I met my bestest of best friend came to my life... It was kindergarden...

🎀 Ariel's POV🎀
It was my first day of kindergarden, my mommy was taking me to school, I was so scared.
"Mommy, what if they hate me?"
"Ari, they will love you"
"Pinky promise?" I said holding out my pinky
"Pinky promise." Mommy said wrapping her pinky around mine
🎀At School🎀
Mommy walked me to my new classroom.
"Okay Ariel, mommy will come and get you later, okay?"
"Okie"
"Love you honey"
"I love you too mommy" I replied hugging her as tight as I can.
I walked in and everybody was staring at me
"Hi Honey, how are you doing today?"
"I'm okay" I said shyly
"Are you Ariel?"she asked, I nodded
"Well Ariel, I'm Miss Anderson"
"Hello, Miss Anderson" I waved
"Hi Ariel" she laughed
"Will you sit next to Ashton?" She asked and I nodded
"Who is he?" I whispered to her
"Ashton can you please raise your hand?" She asked, then a boy with an empty seat next to him, raised his hand.
"He's right there" she whispered pointing to the boy
I then walked to him.
"Hello, I'm Ariel" I smiled holding out my hand
"Hi Ariel, I'm Ashton" he said pushing my hand away and hugging me
"Ewwww, Ariel hugged Ashton!!" A girl yelled
"Alexa that's not very nice" Miss Anderson said "Go to the corner"
"Okay" Alexa said sadly
TWELVE YEARS LATER
So today I was hanging out with my bestie, Ash, at his house
" Ash hand me the chips"
"K" he said not looking up from his phone and handing me the chips
"Who you texting?" I asked hoping he would say his sister, Lauren, not Alexa
"Alexa" he said
Shit.
"Oh okay" I said "Hey listen, I gotta go"
"Aren't you sleeping over?" He asked finally looking up at me
"Ummm, no." I said and faked smile
"But it's 'Sleep Over Saturday' today" he said sadly
"Bye." I said almost crying and walking out of his house
"Hey Ari!" Ash yelled chasing me
I just ignored it and ran to my house, which was two streets away, just gonna note there, I'm crying. I didn't want Ash seeing me cry, because I know he's gonna ask why
Unfortunately, Ashton runs way way faster than me... Which means he caught up with me
He then turned me around
"Hey what happened?"
"Nothing, just go back home Ash" I said turning around and walking away
"No, I wanna know why my best friend is crying!"
" You really wanna know!"
"Yes!"
"Okay, well, I like you! I'm jealous of Alexa! So, that's the reason I'm crying!" I yelled at Ashton, Ash opened his mouth but said nothing
"You happy now, you know the truth"
I once again turned around and started walking away, only this time I wasn't stopped.
I soon got to my house.
"Hey honey- oh my gosh, honey what happened?!" Mom asked walking towards me and hugging me
"I told Ashton I liked him"
"What'd he say"
"Nothing" "he said nothing, mom, I don't know what to do" I said crying on my moms shoulder and wrapping my arms around my mom
"Oh honey it's okay, I'm sure he'll come around"
"I'm just gonna go upstairs" I said
"Okay"
I walked up to my room and cried
About 15 minutes later, there was a knock on my bedroom door
"Mom I'm okay! I don't wanna eat dinner!" I yelled at the door
"It's Ashton" Ash said
"Oh" was all I said
Then I opened the door
"Hey" he said
"Hey." I said
"Can you just leave?"
"No."
"Well you don't have a choice" "Bye." I said closing the door
"Wait, please hear me out"
I didn't want to, but my body just opened the door
"Great"
He came inside and sat on my bed
"You have 5 minutes" I said
"Okay, I'm sorry. I didn't know what to say because I like you too." " I was texting Alexa to leave me alone, because she kept texting me nonstop."
"Okay" I said "You can leave now"
"No. I'm not done. Ariel, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Look I don't need your sor-... what"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Ummm, yes"
"Yes!!!!!!" Ashton yelled
Then he did something I didn't know he would do. He kissed me. And I kissed back...
