I wake up hours and hours later, in a room. I'm not sure where I am. But I don't deserve to feel safe anyway.

I stand up, feeling the pain from my ankle, but it's ok because I deserve to feel pain.

I walk into the small bathroom that's connected with the room, and shut the door and lock it when I hear someone walk in the room.

I look into the mirror and see a girl that's not me staring back at me. She has blood and dirt on her face, and blood staining her clothes. She has dark eyes that aren't mine and crazy hair typed up into a ponytail. The girl is a monster.

"Anna?" I hear Maggie as she knocks on the bathroom door.

I don't deserve to talk to her.

"Anna. Honey, are you ok?"

I sit down on the bathroom floor, tucking my legs up to my chest.

I hear her leave the room and then about thirty seconds later, she enters the rooms again and another pair of footsteps joins her.

"Anna please unlock the door." Carl says banging on the bathroom door.

I don't answer as they continue to knock for a minute, and then the door is pried open with a crow bar.

I don't look up at them. I don't deserve to look at anyone. I just bury my head into my legs.

All that I can see when I close my eyes, is the face of that man. I didn't even bother to learn his name. I see his face as I ended his life. Hear him right before I killed him, begging me not to.

I feel someone lift me up, I'm guessing it's Carl, and sit me down on the bed.

Maggie takes my right hand in hers trying to get me to look at her. I pull my hand away. I don't deserve anyone's touch.

After a while she leaves, and just Carl and I are in the room. He doesn't talk, just puts his arm around me as I continue not to look at him. I don't deserve to feel the comfort of him being here.

"Are you ok?" He asks after a few minutes.

"It doesn't matter if I'm ok." I say.

"When was the last time you ate?" He asks me.

I shrug my shoulders. I think two days ago, but it's not important if I eat.

"Let's go downstairs, yeah?" Carl asks but I don't respond.

He lifts me up and carries me down the stairs. I'm not sure where we are, but it looks like a hotel with the hallway with all the doors that we walked through.

Daryl is in the living area that we pass, I think making new arrows for his crossbow.

We reach a kitchen, that isn't like a regular kitchen. Sitting on a long dark brown table is cans and bags of food.

Carl sets me down gently on a chair, across from Rick and Judith. Rick is trying to feed Judith, but she is being moody and resisting.

"What do you want to eat?" Carl asks me.

I shake my head meaning that I don't want anything. Judith continues to not co-operate with Rick.

"Dad, tell Anna she's not allowed to starve herself." Carl says.

"Tell your sister the same thing." Rick says slamming the bottle down on the table, and rubbing his beard with his hand.

"Women." Daryl says walking into the kitchen.

They half-heartedly chuckle.

I hold my arms out for Judith and Rick stands up and hands her across the table to me, and her bottle too.
I sit her down on my lap and give her the bottle and she begins drinking.
