You're standing on an open plane.
Carrying all this baggage of doubt, regret, and burden.
It's weighing you down.
You're slumped over,
Can hardly walk..When suddenly,
Out of nowhere..
The ground starts breaking, cracking, and crumbling.
There is nothing around to grab ahold of.
What do you do?Even if you let go of the baggage..
The damage is already done.
The ground is still breaking.Out of nowhere,
A lone tree branch falls.
It's dangling right above your head.
You try to grab it,
But you can't reach. The baggage still in your arms,
because it's all you have ever known.
But The only way to save yourself...
Is to let it go.
It's hard for you to choose
But you do,
You let go of all the weight.you stand up tall to reach the branch,
You grab it,
Free at last.
Sure you will miss that baggage every now and again,
Because you hate change,
But it was just holding you down.(SURPRISE! I had another one I wanted to post.. it's not over quite yet!)
