She could have been more supportive towards her brother by being more of a big sister than ignoring him. Also she could have made some time on the weekends to play with him, she might want to explain to him why she was ignoring him. That would help them to get along with each other. She could have been a role model for him.
She might have been more available to him and not causing that accident he would have been alive
