I Guess You Could Say it Was Fate

Part 1

     Armin woke up early again that night, he hadn't been able to sleep for a couple days now.  “ugh what time is it" complained Armin.  “Armin? Can't sleep again" responded Eren.  “Yeah, oh I'm sorry did I wake you up?". “yeah, but it's alright" said Eren. They had been living together for a while, but never had any form of a relationship. The two finally got to sleep after talking for a bit, and morning was on its way.

     This time Eren woke up first but to his surprise Armin was still asleep.  “guess I'll let him sleep" Eren tried getting to sleep but couldn't. Armin woke up a little later and saw Eren sleeping, or so he thought. “Eren looks really cute when he's asleep" said Armin, unaware of his best friend hearing his exact words. “Did Armin just call me cute?!". Eren thought to himself. “Why'd it have to be Eren, he'll never like me back... " said Armin still unaware that he was being heard. “I guess I'll let him sleep" he said as he lied down and shut his eyes.

     “This is a good time to wake up I guess" thought Eren as he awoke slowly. “Armin you up yet?" he said we'll aware that he was. “Eren, oh good morning" Armin said as a smile spread across his face. “Why don't I make us some breakfast?" suggested Eren as he got up. “sure" replied the petite young blonde. Eren started seeing him a bit differently after he knew his secret. Eren got up and headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast for the two. “Armin, you gonna come to the table?" Armin replied with “I'm too tired tell me when your finished".  “Sure" Eren said almost shouting from the kitchen.  After he was done making breakfast he had prepared a surprise for Armin. “Armin breakfast is ready, I made bacon and eggs" he said excitedly knowing what he had planned. “coming" Armin replied as he got up from his bed.

     They were both now sitting at the table with a full plate of food.  They started eating and conversing normally but Eren couldn't help but snicker at what he had planned. They had finished eating now.  “Armin do you mind taking the plates to the sink?" “Not at all" he replied and picked up the plates. Out of the corner of his eyes Armin saw a note where the his plate had been.  He picked it up and read it.  Armin I know your secret -Eren.
